good budget friendly, helpful staff, hygiene clean , good lift n connectivity enjoyed the location The stayy was good, front of bus stand .last bus from little india is 1230 midnight. Rooms are small, cleaning was proper, washroom is tiny but tub is there. No balcony, no ventilation, central AC. Staff is nice. They help us to usse there microwave. Beds are normal

Had an issue with the AC and the staff was rude while I reporting the issue. The phone in the room was not working and had to go down to the reception twice to report the issue. The staff was not that welcoming nor very guest friendly.

Our experience at Value Hotel Balestier was extremely disappointing and it significantly spoiled our trip to Singapore. Upon check-in, we found that multiple room facilities were not working — the TV, air-conditioner, telephone, and kettle were either non-functional or worked intermittently. Despite multiple reminders and follow-ups with the reception, the staff failed to resolve these issues during our entire stay. The TV and AC would work sometimes and stop suddenly, making the room uncomfortable and frustrating to stay in. To make things worse, we were charged for a late checkout, which is completely unacceptable considering the poor service and lack of basic amenities. I would not recommend staying at Value Hotel Balestier. Their unresponsive service and broken facilities do not justify the price or even a budget stay. A completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

The accommodations were quite satisfactory, and I found convenient bus services readily available just outside the hotel, providing easy access to the most popular destinations.

a budget hotel at good location with 24 hours restaurant nearby. lots of places nearby with his stop next to it. rooms are very small, but good for small family. It doesn't have lobby to pick and drop the visitors however they have car park for the same

Location is very good, next to express bustop. Every 10 mins you can get a bus. Very near to mart stations. Cleaned rooms with very good supportive staff

Rooms are too small with private bathroom. Value for money as compared to other hotels and staffs are very helpful. Early check-in was provided without asking. Which was a life saviour.

Booked for twin bed room but offered vvv small room with a single short bed. My son is very tall. If i raise my hand it w ii touch to the side wall imagine how it would be for my son.

The best hotel and the best staff. Very easily to commute everywhere. Approximately 1. 5 km to mrt. Bus service is 131, 139 to go to nearest mrt.

Clean, hygienic, welcoming staff at the reception. I was a first time traveller to singapore. I arrived early in the morning and the standard check in time was 15:00 hrs. I called them up on an early check-in option. They provided me the same 5 hrs early and also waived off surcharges and offered it complementary. Strongly recommend the place for short stays.

Drab and undistinguished hotel. Bunker like corridors and gloomy interiors with crammed up moving space. Indifferent hotel staff. Poor maintenance of rooms.
