Very courteous staff, nice ambience and comfortable stay

I don’t believe your hotel deserves a 5-star rating. I had stayed at Oasia Hotel in Singapore last year, and compared to that experience, this stay has been extremely disappointing. Despite being listed as “India-friendly,” the room conditions were very poor — not even up to a 2-star standard. The service was pathetic, and the room size was unreasonably small. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, and certainly did not justify the rating or price.

A good stay for 5 days but it's more of business hotel and not a family hotel. Limited staff, same breakfast every day but old rooms. Positive : Very near to MRT and bus stop

Amazing Service, was surprised with a complimentary cake on my birthday! Staff was polite, super active and the rooms were neat, spacious and well maintained.

I had a lot of trouble during my stay. We had booked four rooms in Holiday Inn Singapore, Atrium from 10-12 Sep 2025. But the receptionist Anna was very rude to us. When we requested her to keep all the four rooms on the same floor she refused. And instead gave us all rooms on different floors. She was not at all polite when she spoke.

A very comfortable stay... rooms were of decent size, clean and all necessary amenities. Breakfast spread was good for vegetarian palate. Best part was connectivity from the hotel- taxi and MRT both. Executive lounge spread was good enough for evening hunger pangs. Would definitely consider this when visiting Singapore next.

we stayed in the hotel for 8N, front office were cooperative and check in and check out process was smooth. Property is centrally located, the metro station is 300 metres from the hotel. Breakfast was just ok with not lots of option for Indians and mostly all the dishes were repeated on daily basis. Rooms were ok. The major set back for the hotel is, they are promotion g free stay for kids up to 12 yrs but the bed size they provide is even smaller then a queen size bed where 2 adult cannot sleep comfortably forget 2 adult and a child sleeping on that bed, the hotel very conveniently say during g the time of check in that the bed is very small and you need to take an extra mattress for which the charges are 60 dollars ++. Overall a good hotel for the location but an uncomfortable stay because of the ultra small bed.

Big rooms as per Singapore standard. Comfortable stay. Helpful staff. Awesome location with direct access to Havelock MRT station, bus stops connecting to all the tourist locations. Access to convenience store.

we stayed at Holiday Inn Atrium Singapore for 5 nights (two adults n two kids) ...awesome room views .. great breakfast menu and location. highly recommended.

Staying with my family for a week's duration in Singapore, I found the hotel to be a great selection for many reasons: Location: The hotel has a direct connectivity to the MRT station, with less-than-a-km walk to a mall nearby but most importantly - located in a beautiful location and not in the middle of maddening crowd. Hotel: I found the room with a queen-bed and a child-bed - something I failed to find in any of the other hotels. Obviously, the room-size was decently big to accommodate such a setup. The hotel has a multistorey setup which is huge and impressive Facilities: Hotel is well-equipped with the facilities like in-room dining, gym, swimming pool etc. Not to miss, the room was maintained well by housekeeping. Food: Has a good mix of north-Indian, south-Indian, Chinese and Continental food options - good enough for a wholesome breakfast every morning! Being an IHG member also helped me with discount on restaurant dining. Last but not the least, every staff member was very helpful. Our first interaction with Anna at the check-in desk was wonderfully pleasant - made us feel valued, and fortunately also handled our check-out which was seamless. All Thanks to the hotel staff for the great experience!

It was a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Atrium. The hotel is located at a prime location with nearby attractions which is not more than 10-12 minutes of drive to Singapore flyer, Garden by the bay, Merlion, Merina Bay Sands and even Sentosa and universal studio is just at 20-25 mins away. The breakfast has varied options specially for non-veg and limited options for vegetarians with fresh fruits. Rooms are well maintained and good size as we booked and vot King Size Mid 13th floor. The 360° view from the rooms was mesmerized. Overall it was an excellent stay at Holiday Inn.

It's good to stay there and the lobby and the room was good too. Access to metro and bus station was perfect
