The resort was very nice and well maintained. The staff went the extra mile to improve our stay, especially Shazriena.

Nice resort...we had booked deluxe rooms. It was very spacious and clean. Verve restaurant served tasty and delicious Indian food. Just 2 mins walk from the resort to the beach, hyper drive and many other attractions. Altogether, we had a great experience and amazing stay.

It is a beautiful resort centrally located in sentosa and easily accessible. Perfect for holiday stay, family functions and relax time. All staffs are very polite and humble. Room size, amenities and cleanliness was top quality.

Check in process poor, just 1 staff doing and guests were queuing up for the check in. After check in we discovered that toilet flush wasn’t working.Tried calling from the room phone but discovered that room phone was not in working condition.Went to reception and requested to send someone to fix. Some time later 1 person came and fixed the phone.After that tried calling for the toilet thing but no one picked up the call. Literally we have to go to the reception to send someone to fix it. Then we found out that even Tv was not working again tried 20 times to call the reception or house keeping but no one picked up the call. Again I have to go to the reception from my room to complain.Response was also lukewarm.Next day also tried calling but never ever our phone was answered.Overall not a good experience. Will not going to stay again for sure.

Amara resort is a good stay. Near the universal studio. 10 mins walk to the free shuttle for the Universal studio. It’s altogether a great property with good staff and amazing infinity pool to clear your mind after a hectic day in the Resort world.

It’s a memorable experience of my life to be at Amara Resort Singapore. A perfect destination for lover of Nature, Ambience, comfort stay, fun loving, old age people. The staff is so good that you can’t afford to feel that you are not at your home and this starts when you enter the resort and check in, continue till you check out and remains forever in your memories.

Great hotel with a good breakfast spread. Dinner options were also nice for the family of 3, with 1 veg/ 1 non-veg/ 1 kids meal.

Had a really comfortable stay at the resort. Shaz at the front desk was amazing and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Overall experience was really good and Indian restaurant (Verve) within hotel premises was amazing.

Stay was going good , staff was friendly , check in and check out was smooth , buffet variety could be better , seating for breakfast shall be improved , we had to wait every day for vacant table . In room dining was the worst and thing everything for us , we placed an order for pizza at 1015 pm through QR code placed in the room , for 10 minutes status showed order requested hence we called up in room dining and lady said I am preparing your order but missed to change the status of order on app and order was accepted on app at 1025 PM , we waited till 11 PM and called again and the lady said order will be delieverd in 5 minutes hence we waited and called up again at 1115 pm and the same lady said that we can’t deliver your order as we don’t have any pizza left , what was she doing for an hour and resolution provided by her was to visit 7-Eleven , totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour for the guest

Breakfast was substandard with unprofessional staffs. Hotel is more of a 3 star property in International standards. Room also very average and dirty. Not a good experience at all staying there.

Amara Sanctuary Is Very Nice property and staff is very cooperative. They surprise us by upgrading our room and provided us Anniversary cake and other many things totally complimentary. Definitely recommended.

A calming experience inside the resort. The bathtub is excellent as is the sitout. Service is unassuming. The breakfast spread is expansive and the continental options in the buffet excellent. The only thing different is that one needs to walk to the reception as they don't seem to encourage calls on the intercom. The reception staff, especially Jerome, provided for extended checkout time initially stipulated at a person hour price but kindly waived or off on checkout. Extremely helpful!

Nice clean and peaceful stay. Property is beautiful with friendly staff. Vegetarian breakfast options are limited and is same everyday.

The phone wasn’t working, the staff had no mobility to help us even within the resort, also initially wasn’t a very great experience while checking in, no lock in washroom door
