visited for conference. Hotel is excellent with nice helpful staff, comfortable cozy beds and rooms, good housekeeping service, winestone Restaurant breakfast was delicious with quiet a good variety for vegetarian like us also, the management during breakfast was very efficient with big number of guests

Great Location and very well equipped spacious rooms in the most beautiful part of the city. The food was great and the staff was very friendly.

amenities shown on the page are misleading. The location is far from little india, Food is okaish but the quantity is not up to the mark when compared to the prices. services and response is good.

Went on a business trip and had a good seamless experience during my stay. Close to CBD. Nice and calm locality and warm and friendly staff. Keep it up..

Mercure @Steven absolutely no value for money They don’t have SPA facilities , no steam no sauna Their breakfast is pathetic , no variety of choice salads just one bowl , hot cooked meals absolutely out dated

Pros - Neat Tidy Rooms, Good in-room dining, 7/11 is in the same building, closer to the city center Cons - small rooms, its about 900 mtrs from MRT, which means lot of walking in humid weather Overall - Had a wonderful stay, would stay again

Just the best!! Best location, best staff, best convenience. The free shuttle service to the main mrt station makes it very easy to commute and the bus stop is just in front of the Hotel lobby. we were also given a complimentary refill of the mini bar that made our day. I recommend it to the people travelling with family and kids, their infinity pool will just make you feel like you are on your best holiday. 😍😍 Just the best!! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very clean and decent rooms. Lot of restaurant options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is even closer to 7 eleven!

Room were neat and clean. Property is maintained. Checkin experience was not good. I booked room with double bed but the room was not ready even at 10pm and they asked me to wait for 15 min.

It was a clean & well maintained hotel!Small rooms but functional & had all the amenities required.About a 10-12 minute walk to the Steven’s MRT

Hotel was good and the staff was very helpful. The restraurant staff was very nice and specially Cermella, she was very kind and helpful.

Good location, close by from MRT. Great breakfast., amenities and services. Orchard road very nearby. Tourist attractions by road in less than 15 mins, by MRT in less than 35 mins.

My stay at mercure singapore was good. It’s a bit far from main city but has a bus stop within 200m and is very near to orchard road. There is a 7 eleven as well within 100m which is open 24x7 for any emergencies. The only problem was with my room which didn’t had enough cupboard space for two.

Room size was very small not enough room amenities were provided. In hotel dining options were limited

While overall prop is good but basic services was not up to mark > housing keeping didn't check showergel is refilled or not, microwave not available for usage, lock wan't functioning and it took 30mins for the guy to turn up
