Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon

The stay at Hilton Garden Inn Singapore was quite comfortable. The rooms were absolutely clean and refreshing everytime I entered. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

The staff was indifferent and too busy . They were not interested to give time and courtesy . The elevator was too bad and had button problems and the gate was shutting too fast at floors . Not had a good time as too low for Hilton standards

Good value for money, rooms are clean and are relatively more spacious than other properties in the vicinity. The hotel is at walking distance from the MRT station. A lot of restaurants in the area for Indian cuisine and vegetarian food. A 7-11 convenience store is just outside the hotel. The check in and check-out process was smooth as well. The only thing I missed was a smart TV. The room has a TV but with limited channels.

Would recommend to others - had an excellent stay. Clean, nicely maintained, good staff and good food.

Not working

The hotel is just behind Veeramakaali Amman temple it has lot of Indian restaurants and jewellery shops. Hotel rooms are very neat and clean. Laundary facility available. Whatelse. I was very happy

First of all I have not been given breakfast/food in my package. Hotel stay was excellent, but my suggestion is hotel should provide portal service to their guest. Also would like to draw kind attention towards rooms, Rooks are very small. Room size needs to be little big. As far as hotel staff and their services are too good, and staff is very very much co operative. Environment of hotel is good.

Spacious, neat , comfortable, and convenient near metro/ eating joints. Staff were polite . Hassle free experience .

I had a very comfortable stay and i opted a king bed room without breakfast. The location and cleanliness of hotel was the highlight for me. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant just below the property and is very near to 2 MRT stations. Hotel staff was very thorough with cleanliness and hygiene. Hotel has two towers and next time i would like to stay in the main tower as i got the other one this time.

It’s a nice property located at little India. Room size is good and it has all the required amenities. Hotel also has swimming pool on 8th floor. You can also find good Indian restaurants nearby.

Great location close to multiple India eateries. Very close to mustafa centre. The rooms are comparatively bigger to other hotels in SGP in this budget. Service was excellent including an early checkin.

Very cooperative & helping staff.Also very cooperative for early check in & late check out. Location is perfect just above newly opened Kailash parbat hotel branch. Breakfast has very good spread and highly recommandlbe for Indians.

There was absolutely no room.. To complain on anything. Everything from the booking process to guidance when it comes to touring around the city, the staff and services were great as were the amenities.

precisely customised for Indians. Convenient location with all Indian restaurants close by & MRT step away. Staff, amenities are good. They didn't charge extra for water bottles. Highly recommend this hotel
