Quincy Hotel by Far East Hospitality

The hotel is in good locations , the facility has a swimming pool steam and smaller garden area . They do not have an all day rest , and hence has limited food options . Also not much eating options near by

We had a fantastic stay at Quincy Hotel Singapore! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and especially great with kids, which made our family feel truly welcome. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, for keeping our room spotless. Also, a big thank you to Paula and all the front desk executives who were always very warm and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. The hotel has a cozy, stylish vibe and top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone—especially families—visiting Singapore!

Room was very bad , blinding curtains dint work , some switches dint work. Staff was very good and food was okay .

Hotel staff was good but services were pathetic , toilet curtain had BLACK fungus on it which can be dangerous

Very mixed experience of the hotel. Pros - 1- quite and peaceful location , 2- infinity pool, 3- very neat and clean rooms, 4- very good view of the outside from the room. Now the cons are 1- No room service , even after coming to the hotel at night , you will be needing to come at the lounge to fill water by yourself , 2- If you are and Indian and vegetarian, hotel is a big NO for you , No single vegetarian option. 3- All the staffs are very good and cooperative leaving just one front desk manager named Arjun, Very very un coperative staff, rude behaviour.

The property is in a prime location, within walking distance of Orchard Road, which is a definite plus. However, several aspects fall short of expectations for a 4- or 5-star establishment. The steam and sauna facilities are not operational, and even when available, they are shared between men and women — ideally, there should be separate amenities for added comfort and privacy. Additionally, the food offerings are quite limited in both variety and quality, not meeting the standards typically expected at this level. Overall, the experience does not justify the price point.

Had a very comfortable and cozy stay. Rooms are quite spacious and have stylish bathroom with bathtub. Tv can easily be connected to phone. Amazing view from the balcony. Versatile breakfast options, very delicious and healthy. Evening snacks with drinks are great. Even though there’s no room service or kitchen, they make it up by providing 24hr access to the coffee machine, drinks and snacks in the ground floor lobby. Infinity pool, sauna, steam bath and gym are easily accessible on the 12th floor. Locality of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. A little walk to the nearest mart at orchard. You should borrow an umbrella from the hotel whenever going out. 7-11 is nearby. Orchard road has all the big shopping malls and stores (apple, gucci, prada)

Location is good, the stay is just average, food is not so great

We were a family of four on leisure trip. It’s good hotel in a great location, the breakfast is limited and not buffet limited choose for vegetarians although the front desk told me that they would add options for vegetarian, but never happened, over all good experience, clean rooms and good house keeping

Most efficient and cooperative staff. Beautiful landscape. Very neat and very professional.

Everything is hitech and modern. They stand up to their motto “be different”. The all-day coffee and tea and light refreshment shows their mindset towards their guests. Even in 4 and 5-star hotels you only get the in-room coffee tea sachets. They provide bottled water in room plus water is always there at the dining area, so you can fill your bottle while going out. These days hotel industry, in general, are stingy in such things. Every staff member you encounter smiles at you. The housekeeping is very good and caring as well, cause I saw there were few changes made while refilling minibar items as she noticed we are not consuming certain items, so she replaced it with some other variety. It was very sweet of her. All these small acts speak volumes about their approach and hospitality. They are not providing facilities for the heck of it, just to get a tick in box. They actually want their guests to enjoy it. The evening canapes and dinner with drinks is a big plus when you come back tired from a long day sightseeing. The spread is good too. My only disappointment was the breakfast. Few options, limited and repetitive spread. Overall exemplary service, they value their guests. If you want to experience customer delight, stay there.

I stayed for 6 days at quincy. The rooms are just superb. decently spacious and well equipped. Cleanliness was up to the mark. They had some amazing toiletries provided. The room was extremely well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. The only not so happy part was the buffet, the variety was not great. The desert consisted of the same puff pastries and ice cream and had very limited buffet options. It is situated slightly uphill and is about 12 minutes from the MRT but overall I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely stay. It came out to be a Hotel which met my expectations more than what I had thought it would. Kind hearted staff and very polite and professional. I will surely recommend it to others and I myself will come back soon to stay with you again.
