Welcome drink was good, hotel was very clean, support staff was nice, nice view.

Everything is okay staff can be more professional in some things and breakfast needs to have more vegan/vegetarian options rest everything is fine in the hotel

This was a very wrong choice. No welcome to the hotel. Inspite of advance mailer stating early check-in the same was not given. The front desk was not even courteous to give details of the property and amenities available which most other excellent properties do on check in. Breakfast rates varied than what was mentioned in mail. F&B discount not honoured inspite of confirmation voucher been mailed to property very well in advance. Property feel and looks not same as seen in photos, not at all a courteous front desk. Avoid booking this hotel.

Although there is nothing unique about its look or interiors, it's great and feels relaxing. The breakfast spread is really good. They cover all the expected ones plus have a small menu with some a la carte options. Both taste exceptional. The danish savouries are just special.

Hotel has been recently renovated and has sleek and modern room fittings. Room is average otherwise for a 5-star property. What let me down is the rude behavior of the staff during my stay. Located close to city hall metro station and cabs are also available nearby.

It is a 2-3 star hotel and not 4-5 star as claimed. The hotel is undergoing renovation and thus is not completely operational. It is well located. You would get better hotels at this price or less than this price.
Room was small when you rate the Hotel as 4-5 star. It is more like a 3 star Hotel. The Hotel is under renovation and thus not completely operational. No swimming pool in the Hotel. No restaurant or 24 hrs cafe. Not value for money. I would get better hotels for this price.
