Stay was very comfortable. Staff is very accommodating.Location of hotel is very good as most of the places to visit are nearby. Indian restaurant and seven eleven are next to property

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location is a major highlight—centrally situated with easy access to key city attractions, and the nearby metro station makes commuting extremely convenient. I stayed for 7 days and found the experience comfortable overall. However, the food could use some improvement, as the menu lacked variety and became repetitive over the course of the week. A more diverse selection would significantly enhance the dining experience.

We had a great stay , location of the hotel is great. Room size in big enough as compared to hotel, even we got early check-in thanks to hotel staff and manager.

1. rooms are very small, 2. ⁠food does not have vegiterian option 3. ⁠checkin happened at 3.30 4. ⁠bathrooms are not hygiene.

Rude staff, not worth the money spent. Not at all accommodative nor solution give, they don’t answer calls for room serve

Very decent room, good location, clean towels. Good service. Perfect for a family. Mrt, bus stops are very nearby, walkable distance.

Good rooms, decent location. Overall service is also good. Mrt is hardly 400m away and bus stop not even 100m

Hotel located in center place we can easily access the mrt, buses and hotels and malls also located near the hotel.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel staff is very helpful. We were a family of four and the room space was just sufficient.

The checkin was good. The earliest we were given room was by 1 pm. Overall a nice hotel to stay with family.

I have a great stay in singapore. I enjoyed the food and the place. We booked the hotel at hotel grand pacific where we stayed for 4 days and i can say that it is a great location for the tourist spending holidays vacation with family because it is near in mart station, bus station, malls and restaurants. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Singapore is one of the best place we’ve been visit for me.

Hotel property is gud and location is good too. But the food they serve is a complete western breakfast and they are not flexible to amend it for their guests.

Good hotel location, amenities and services are good but very little vegetarian food options available myself being vegetarian i faced problem

Room - big enough. Actually bigger than avg rooms in sg. Location - 5 mins walk to bugis (shopping) and 1 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. All the attractions are nearby from here like mbs, gbtb etc.

Hotel was good, room size was fine. The only issue was w. R. T. Food options for vegetarian people. We had to survive on the hash brown patty and bread butter for the entire 5 days. They do not have much variation in the food menu for all including vegetarian option.

I had booked deluxe 'twin room' for three guests (2 adult 1 child. During check-in hotel stated we don't have room and you need to pay 80 sgd/night for additional bed. This despite the room being booked for three guests! i then stated that i have twin room which they denied having available, so i stated who i was not informed earlier. I refused to take the room they were offering and after insisting to complain the manager chtistine said they have a room with twin beds ? i suspect this is typical way of trying to charge extra. Rooms are spacious but old, so please be careful while booking.

It was great being there. Nice service

Hotel room was okay but the staff was kind of rude and not professional. We were travel-ling with infant and was crying due to travel exertion and they asked us we should control 1. 5 year baby from crying. We were surprised by that but peacefully checked in to our room. Rooms are decent size, with good breakfast platter. Expect better service from reception.
