Property is wow and lil bit expensive but doesn’t matter coz it’s located in best place and best part of this one dollar store under the basement

The stay , the staff everything was very good Just would request for more vegetarian options in the menue and breakfast

I had high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. The room service was subpar. Despite staying in suites that advertised several complimentary amenities, the staff failed to deliver on those promises. Dirty cups were left unattended, and every evening we had to call the reception to address it. The minibar was not replenished, even after multiple reminders. The food quality was also below average. Overall, it was a poor experience, far from what we expected. Don't have

Very convenient for bus stop n mrt. Staff are very polite. Room are good. My stay was very good

The only thing good about the hotel is the location, it’s located on orchard road and everything is at walkable distance. However the quality of rooms is not the best, the maintenance and upkeep is questionable. Found thousands of ants in the room, although i was offered a room change but they made it seem like a favour their first option was to clean the room. There was no empathy from the staff and after this all i asked for was a late checkout by 1 hour and they denied.

The hotel is at a very convenient location with multiple food malls around. Mm t gave the best rate across all sites including the hotel site. The rooms are big. Mart is close by. Taxi stand is close by. Clarke, marina etc are close by. Complementory wifi. Good swimming pool

Hotel rooms were clean and nice. The location couldn’t be better - right outside the hotel is bus stop and the mart is in walking distance. Breakfast buffet has vegetarian options. Recommended for anyone traveling.

Location is great, staff was accomdative to early check-in and late check out request. Service was good. Food menu have vegetarian options, very less but attest that's there.

The hotel is okayish. The room service is poor. I didn't even get the water requested for hours after requesting multiple times on both the days of my stay. The rooms are ok, no difference between deluxe and deluxe plus category

Lobby furniture looks old and sad. I had particularly booked a king bed, but hotel was offering twin bed. They say it depends on availability, then why list these separately on booking? taxis get confused and drop at the back and not the lobby due to circutious route. I had to lug my bag at 4 am across so many stairs from the back. They don't do any housekeeping in the rooom for 3 days. Call this green policy. Well you can avoid changing sheets and towels, however you can place water bottles, clear thrash, vaccum and dry the bathroom right? bathroom bathing area does not have full cubicle, water spalshes out and wets the bathroom and floormat. When you charge close to sgd per night, you need to maintain similar standards. Room has that musky smell, furniture shows signs of age, working chair was dirty and not working. breakfast items were not great, only good part in my room was its big and had a balcony facing the garden.
