V Hotel Bencoolen

Pros: Incredible location advantage, all major attractions quite close by, multiple restaurants in vicinity. Cons: Very small rooms, limited vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet, no complimentary water provided with room.

Good location how ever not value for Money, they staff need to learn how to say yes rather than no all the time.

Service was really good. Rooms were clean this location was in the centre, beside the MRT which was very useful for our travel etc

Very Good and clean but very small rooms. Near to MRT can travel easily to all places. Breakfast is also good should have more options

Location was nice. Did not try the breakfast. Rooms could have been bigger for the money paid for the stay for triple room.

Our stay was wonderful! The property’s location is unbeatable, situated right on top of the MRT, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The food was delicious, with a variety of well-prepared options that impressed us. The amenities were modern, and the services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a comfortable experience. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm. The only minor suggestion would be to slightly increase the room size for added comfort, especially for those with more luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend this property!

The largest ever room in whole trip with clean and cool atmosphere

Very small room but is clean and neat. Breakfast options are limited and is outside the main building in a cafe next door. Location is good.

Fantastic location, easily accessible with all key spots nearby. The convenience and ambiance of the place make it an excellent choice for any traveler. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay. 10/10 for location!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Breakfast was the problem with congested space and limited options.

Small rooms and poor service. Rooms had hardly any space to move. It was so bad we stayed out mostly to avoid coming here

Very clean hotel, and helpful staff. Location is excellent, with mrt station in the next building. Only downside is that rooms are very small, which was not a problem for me as i was a solo traveller. However, consider that double rooms are actually only good for single person in terms of space/wardrobe etc, so plan accordingly.

Good stay with near by mart station. Felt comfortable with the saty with 2 kids. Ac is not controllable if going with kids please note this even we set on temperature to 25 by morning it will be 22

Property location is the best thing we liked about. Located just beside the mart dt 21 a exit. Breakfast is below average. Amenities and services are nice and one can't expect more.

I highly recommend it for its location. It is right next to the Bencoolen MRT station. I had the SG travel pass and heavily used the MRT all through my trip for 3 days. Yes the rooms are small but modern in their amenities and finishing. I would come to the room only to sleep. So that worked for me. They are also really nice to accommodate special requests. I needed a plastic chair/stool in the bathroom which was provided. I didn't eat here, so can't comment on the food. It is close to Starbucks, Subway and 7 eleven for any last minute grabs. I would definitely stay here again for its location and convenience.

V bencoolen is located right in the centre of the city over bencoolen mrt. Rooms are good and just right in size for a couple. Breakfast is complimentary and sumptuous. Tikka / chapathi/ rice kanzhi rice / toast etc. There are a lot of restuarants nearby. All the staff that i met were very helpful l and courteous. The best thing about the hotel is the close proximity to the bus stand and metro station. Just about 10 mtrs away. They get a mix of european indian and far east asian crowd. I highly recommend the hotel for indians who want a good hotel in the 3/4 star range.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. It’s in the heart of the city very well connected to bus and mart. Clean rooms and good service

Very pleasant stay, location is prime, both mrt stations ( bencoolen and bras basha) are near by. Clean room and staff was prompt to address any issue.
