JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La

The breakfast and room quality was excellent The location was central Overall a very good experience

It was an amazing experience. The location was on point, right above Somerset metro. The infinity pool was my favorite place in the hotel. The rooms were clean and confortable. The host was amazing, she gave us room in early check in. The staff was very cordial. An excellent stay overall.

The location of hotel is superb right above somerset station and Bua stop exactly opposite. 123 No. Bus goes from Zen to USS. Room were spacious and clean , swimming pool view is awesome . Malls are adjacent , skating ground opposite the road. We stayed last week in June. Indian breakfast option was not upto the mark and need to be improved. Decent rooms, decent service. The location, however; is fantastic. Great connectivity via MRT with access to 313 somerset mall & Orchard gateway.

Jen Orchardgateway is at central point in midst of great shopping places, Great breakfast. Incredible room with swift room.service

It was a very comfortable stay at the Jen Shangri la hotel. We had a great time. The only small issue we had was that they were a bit short of staff. We always had to wait at the concierge and got our luggage down our selves using the trolleys provided on each floor. Other wise it was a great experience. The location is extremely good and convenient. The rooms are a bit small. But very clean.

The location is excellent. The breakfast spread is big and has quite a few vegetarian options as well. The staff there is very attentive and cooperative. Their pool on the 19th floor is a big attraction and it’s a great view of singapore from there.

The property is right above the somerset mrt. Best location i could suggest to anyone for a stay. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are good, cozy, clean, spacious enough to keep your luggage and still walk around

Jean orchard-gateway has great location and helpful staff, but the bathrooms are not well designed at all, and the service is not that good.

It's such a comfortable location with a mall attached, mart station downstairs and bus stop right opposite. And for shopping it's absolutely superb.

The first annoying thing for us was the wait to get the required rooms at the designated in-time. In addition, we had booked two rooms which we got in two different floors and with small kids, it was difficult to navigate between the rooms. Food spread is good, the staff maintains satisfactory hygiene and the room is kept clean. Had the earlier check -in been done at the required slots, our impression would have been superior. The upper floor deck is amazing and the swimming pool is fantastic.

The location was superb and it is well connected to all major tourist attractions. Hygiene and food was top notch.

Clean rooms and perfect location

The hotel staff is very friendly and have not given any chances of any complaint. The service was prompt and we enjoy the stay.

Experience at staying jen was good. Its clean and well located. Only suggestion is dont use robot for room service.
