Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott

Had a wonderful stay at aloft ! pros : located in a quite n beautiful place, novena. Every 20 min shuttle bus to mrt. Awesome breakfast. Excellent staff behavior. Room and washroom are clean. Cons: the Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott has 2 wings, around 50 m apart. The west wing has swimming pool and gym. East wing doesn't. There's no room service in either of the wings. Actually not necessary as there's a good restaurant in ground floor and the property is attached to a small mall, with mc donald's, starbucks n subway, few pubs too ! overall we had a wonderful stay !

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Singapore Novena – the rooms were modern, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. Thanks ts excellent planning, we explored the best of Singapore – from Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands to Sentosa attractions and Universal Studios. Every experience was seamless, family-friendly, and well-organized. Truly a memorable holiday, for curating such a perfect itinerary! 🌟

Stayed at Aloft Novena for 2 nights while exploring Singapore. stay was comfortable thanks to superb bedding and linens. Breakfast was amazing with sufficient vegetarian options considering we are in singapore 😉 Aloft is next to a shopping mall which is very convenient. the only negative I'll highlight is their restaurants closes at 11pm and impossible to order food. in room dining should be 24x7 for a 4+ star Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott.

Excellent stay. There are 2 wings east and west separated by 50 meter distance. The rooms were nice and the service was fantastic. Indian breakfast is available in breakfast buffet. Close by indian restaurants and one just behind west wing. 7 by 11 next to Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott and few other stores in mall next to Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott. Definitely recommend for family vacation

Hotel is good, but mm t team in india no support at all i called 5 times had to talk 15 minutes each or more ! after 3 days they had no records, 3rd day evening i called again now finally they said it’s not possible. It’s such an awful situation for a regular customer like me, i book a lot from mmt, i might to switch now another portal soon ! so bad customer service at mm t

Very nice Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott, comfortable stay, clean and hygenic, room size was perfect. Indian vegetarian food was available in breakfast buffet. They had a free shuttle service to nearest station. Also this Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott was near to all main tourist spots. Overall very comfortable and happy stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Extremely friendly staff and very neat rooms. Location is bit away from mrt. Hotel runs shuttle at regular intervals. Nice location

I stayed at aloft east tower. Breakfast was good, rooms were bit small, no safety locking facility available

Good Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott, good area. Nothing special. Best thing about Aloft Singapore Novena by Marriott is the staff. Start from receptionist to restaurant staff very polite n helpful.

Hotel location is great, food was nice and staff was friendly they also provide shuttle service. Overall a great stay
