Hotel 81 Dickson

Stay was comfortable. All the front office staff were very helpful and docile. Hospitality was upto the mark. Some small snags were obvious in the room, like fused bulbs, excessive cooling, limited TV channels etc. Locationwise, very conveniently placed for the eateries, public transport, shopping etc. Would prefer to stay again next time. Cheers.

If you're coming with your family, I strongly recommend not booking this property. Although it is one of the cheapest hotels in Singapore under the Hotel 81 brand, the area is not safe at all. Just outside the hotel, prostitutes roam around. After 8 pm, you can see them standing below the hotel. I have even seen prostitution happening within the hotel with hourly services. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable in this area. So, avoid this hotel if you're a female solo traveler or if you're bringing your kids.

Hotel is average. Location is superb everything is nearby. Many Indian food options available in close vicinity. Service is ok not that great

The Hotel is at excellent location for Indians as it’s 350 m from Little India & Indian food joints are just next to it, also MRT is hardy 3 min walk, one need not worry about connectivity, rooms are fine , not that amazing, but if you are visiting Singapore, plz don’t look for luxury room as you will spend 90% of your time outside, even thought rooms are clean & staff responsive, also I think one can carry luggage to it’s room, if in case help required they surely do.

This is a budget stay with decent amenities. Location is the strongest reason why I choose this hotel. Three MRT stops within 500 meters and multiple Bus stops connecting different parts of the Singapore.

I had a good experience in Hotel 81 Dickson. With that price they tried to provide facilities as much as possible. Nothing to complain.

Stay is good. Location is very accessible to mrt and near to many food centres. All amenities provided in the description is available. Only problem I see is we have to call reception everytime when we have to turn off ac since it is central

Location is too good. But the sealing roof was leaking. No staff at all for your room service like to provide towel, 2 times we had need to go collect by self. No food at property. No safe lockers in the room You need to ask them if they can manage they will give you Otherwise stay without safety of your precious belongings and they won't take the responsibility too. They have old style AC to keep it onn or off you always need to call reception to onn it or off it. Overall just the Location is too good Rest all mention is okok.

The hotel was dirty, there was not drinking water and it looks like a lot of shady things happening in night so it’s impossible to get a good night sleep since the walls are very thin

The location of the hotel is perfect...right in the middle of Little India in Singapore...only 2-3 mins walk from two metro stations (Jalan Besar and Rochor)....therr are a plenty of eateries and restaurants around...so are supermarkets a f orher shops...room was neat and clean, though the size of it was really small, especially for a family of 3...housekeeping and other services were good and the people of the reception were really helpful...overall comfy stay 😀

Location was extremely good. Near to mrt, bus stop, restaurants and bugis market. Safe area. Only issue was with AC. They don't have remote controlled AC. You need to change temperature manually. Other than this.. it was a great experience

No ventilation in room & no water provided. AC also not working well in the room despite no ventilation at all. Only good part is Location, very near to MRT & multiple food options nearby.

It's not good hotel not giving time to check out as we check-in very late not providing coffe and tea many things they never respect costumers

Situated in a prime location it is one of the best budget hotel in little India. All the basic amenities were covered and the service could have been better. Only problem was controlling the AC temperature which was centralised, it worked in some rooms and did not in others.
