Rooms too small, staff very non courteous and rude. Only good experience was with the robots. Avoid staying here.

We stayed in the hotel for five days and our stay was very good.The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the breakfast area had very good vibes.The hotel has two robots named Yoshi and Yolanda who bring water for room service.This was a very novel concept for us.The gym is small but good. Overall, our day was great, and we hope that we can visit again.

Great location, clean rooms, exclusive service. The property is in the middle of a bustling orchard road and the connectivity to other tourist spots is comfortable and convenient.

The rooms are terribly small compared to Indian standards, although I understand this is a common malady across Singapore. Apart from the cramped room, everything else was fantastic, the staff, the food, the hotel, the neatness, the service, everything top notch

We’re fascinated right from the moment we entered hotel - Grand reception area, automated check-in and check out (literally it takes less than a minute). Robots are walking along with, high security lift which changes color every other days. Morning breakfast was a excellent energy booster for rest of day. It is right on the popular Orchard road, easy access to Orchard MRT. Room was smaller but everything was arranged nicely and we had a great view of skyscrapers. We’re delighted for staying in Yotel for 6 days.

Stayed at YOTEL Singapore on Orchard Road and really appreciated the prime location—right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, shopping, and eateries. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was good, with enough variety to start the day well. However, the rooms are extremely compact. While they’ve done a clever job of fitting in all essentials, there’s barely any space to open or store large suitcases, which can be a hassle if you’re carrying big trolleys. Definitely something to keep in mind if you’re staying for longer or with multiple bags.

Conveniently located hotel with compact, clean and comfortable room and excellent American breakfast options. Helpful and polite staff. Access to public transportation was very convenient which made the exploration of the city easier. I would recommend it. Great spread of American breakfast for non veg eaters. Veg eaters (esp Indians) have limited choices though. Their desserts on A la carte menu were yummmyyyy.

having traveled to numerous countries and stayed in countless hotels, i’ve found very few that offer outstanding service at a reasonable price. out of all the hotels i’ve experienced, this property stands out as one of my top choices. if i ever visit singapore again, i will make it a point to stay here. here’s why: 1. effortless check-in/check-out: the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. i was able to complete both check-in and check-out in less than two minutes—no long waits at the lobby! the self-check-in system was user-friendly and impressive. 2. fast elevators: despite the high number of guests, the elevators were remarkably quick, minimizing any waiting time to get to my room. 3. impeccable housekeeping: the rooms were cleaned meticulously every single day. the housekeeping staff was highly trained, professional, and attentive to detail. 4. diverse and inclusive staff: one of the highlights was the diversity among the staff. employees from various ethnic backgrounds were welcoming and professional, and there was absolutely no hint of discrimination—a rare quality even in some high-end properties. suggestions for improvement: i would love to see a food scan menu, complete with pictures of the dishes, available in the rooms or accessible via the tv. i only discovered later that the hotel’s restaurant offers delicious food at very reasonable prices. having this information upfront would have been extremely helpful. this property exceeded my expectations and is truly worth recommending. from seamless service to thoughtful inclusivity, they’ve set a benchmark for quality hospitality. thank you yotel for making our singapore trip a great experience.

We had a comfortable stay at yotel. The staffs are also good. Breakfast also had many options but it became repetitive because there were very few change in the menu for 6 days during our stay.

The property is at its best location and every thing is available besides the hotel. All amenities are provided in the hotel and the hotel is upto date and it just feels that you have booked it at a great location which is accessible to bus stop which has majority buses and also metro station and nearby malls. The hotel staff is also very humble and polite. Their breakfast is also good. I recommend this hotel

Great location, close to mart station, close to malls, great cafes and restaurants around, close to bus stop, 7/11(general store) is just opposite, rooms are clean, hair dryer and iron available but room size is small
