Sofitel Singapore Sentosa

The property located near to the bay in sentosa island , went with large family, everyone enjoyed the breakfast , rooms and view , there is a lot of peacocks around the property, which was stunning to look at , food wise in breakfast we had a lot of Indian cuisine too , so family members were happy, Service was outstanding. Definitely will recommend for ppl who travelling with family!!!

I had a horrible experience staying in this hotel. To start with the front office staff is very rude ( maybe because I was Indian). The property is very old, the rooms, the gates etc. are not to the mark. The drainage in the washroom and washbasin was terrible and noisy. The staff is unhelpful and rude. The breakfast spread is not upto the mark. The location of the property is inconvenient.

The hotel was very nice... peaceful, nice pool and a variety of restaurants on campus.. good 5 star amenities and very courteous staff

It was a terrible stay, my mother had medical issues that’s why I raised a early check in request but after reaching there we had to stand in a queue and wait for around 2.5-3 hrs. There was no option for Indian food

Excellent property. Good food. Thank you for the upgrade. Good connectivity to near by areas. Very helpful staff of the hotel (from concierge to bell boys. All the facilities provided one could think of. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Food as breakfast is food but in general avarge or less, location nothing special it is in santosa which means everything is a 6 min drive to santosa activities, but there is location better in the island, facilities ok stander-ed and average, over all sofital is ok but not value for money and is a bit old needs renovation, alot of delay in the check in !

It is a large, lovely property with well maintained and good rooms. However in my view, it doesn't deserve to be called a 5 star property. Some of the reasons and issues I faced: - poor hospitality and service standards. - Very slow check-in and check-out process. They have only 2 desks at reception to manage the guests. - Reaching out to the operator / room service / in-room dining from room telephone is a task. No one answers the phone call. I had to twice go all the way walking from my room to the reception to get some help. - no 24 hr dining/ in-room dining service available. we were told to place last orders by 9.30 pm. - some staff were impolite - esp the ones at concierge. Couple of issues i faced - (a) there was a Rolls Royce standing near the lobby, which I believe belonged to the hotel. I was clicking a picture of a family member who was standing besides the car. the person at concierge shouted not to touch the car saying fearing that it would leave a scratch. Seriously? just touching the car would leave a scratch? (b) I wanted to enquire about reaching a particular place using the shuttle service and the person rudely tells me that his colleague has just explained it all to a member from our group. He was disinterested in sharing details and was rude in his response. - lack of amenities for kids to play. They do not have a play area/ kids zone in property. They said there is 1 small play room for kids but that is around 10-15 mins away (outside of the main property area and near their Spa) and we have to take a shuttle to reach there. What is the point in having it so far from main property? - the key cards became non-functional almost everyday. It was very inconvenient to walk all the way to reception and get new key cards. In our 2 days stay with 2 rooms we faced this challenge in both rooms each day.

Right from check in(which was at 3pm) they gave me at 10am without even having to request. They were extremely courteous. The room was very spacious, extremely tidy and choice fully done. The property has its own shuttle to take around the area an extremely vibrant property. I would definitely recommend all coming to sentosa and who believe in no compromise stay.

They were simply superb got early check in without even asking for one reached and they gave me a room and upgraded very friendly staff especially the fd charisma) she was very helpful and was hospitable. Room size was superb and facility across were top notch highly recommended hotel in sentosa should say.

Perfect location as all rides to sentosa can be reached by sentosa buses and hotel provide shuttle to station which is very convenient if you want to go to city

Excellent place to be in Sentosa Island.

Sofitel Singapore Resort and Spa is located in Sentosa and is in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of Singapore city. Lush greenery, a short walk from Tanjong Beach (if you can climb up and down 132 steps) and peaceful surroundings will make your stay memorable. We stayed as a family with a young child and enjoyed every moment. The staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms are elegant, the food is excellent and the property is beautiful. I cannot think of a single complaint. I am thankful to all the staff at the hotel especially the concierge (i'm sorry I never learned their names) for fulfilling our every request and Mr. Peng Bo, who was so kind to keep our room spotless clean and always well stocked. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a relaxing and luxurious stay in Singapore. I will definitely stay here again.
