Crowne Plaza Changi Airport

Paid so much for this stay during ) but still very bad experience, there was no breakfast included and the staff was very rude to me.

Had a wonderful stay here. The runway views were out of this world. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended 🤌🏻

Simply amazing. Property is located at T3 Airport of Changi Airport. Singapore. Your flight can land at T1, T2 or T3 and then all terminals are linked by Skytrain. Take Skytrain to T3 and then directly head to Hotel crowne plaza ( You can find signs all over). Also you will find MRT station linked to hotel. Go to level 1, and then follow signs to MRT( Metro train to City) when you need to visit your favourite attractions like Merina bay sands, Bay front. USS. Gardens by the way. Hotel rooms are big. comfortable ( Plug type to suit indian chargers+ USB charging all over). In room dining with Italian and Asian speciality, Breakfast has a seperate counter for Indian cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to all of our friends.

It was horrible ,this hotel needs Visa and passengers needs to go through the Immigration process, this is not a Transit hotel as it looks like.. it is near to airport but it is not.. Don't book if you are in Changi for Transit.. There is no refund and Me and my family not able to check in to hotel due to not holding Singapore Visa.. Frustrating and horrible experience.. Don't Book it!!

Stay was good and i was given an upgrade with a runway view. We experienced choked toilet seat and had to get it cleaned. This is something that is not expected from a hotel of this repute.

Hotel is near to airport. Runway view room is excellent. you can access airport terminal easily. Facilities and amenities are excellent

Surprisingly, the hotel being at airport, does not have 24 x 7 restaurant for meals. They have mid-night menu which is burger/sandwich kind. Restaurant at airport also closed by 11 pm. Makes it difficult for visitor arriving late and using this hotel. Singapore is not very big. Choose good hotel in city and save money too.

Its a great place

If you have work around chnagi airport (like singapore expo) or have to stay for 1 or max 2 nights as transit to other destination then it is good choice - well appointed spacious rooms. If with family for holiday and want to explore singapore or main work at the city side then better to stay elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel and location. Very clean and everything that one should expect from a good hotel. The food is amazing and you would not feel like stepping out

Had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast menu.

The property is well located but not strong value for the price. The food options were limited at 10 pm for a hotel of this nature.

Easy check in, nice room and good bathroom. Hotel is under renovation so all facilites were not open. All day dining was not open during my stay as they had a private function which is why this not not a top line review.

Hotel staff was not very friendly and accommodating. There is noise of fights that we can hear in night as well the location is perfect for early morning flight and right inside terminal 3. Nothing

For a day stopover in Singapore this was a great choice as it's next to terminal 3 and connected to jewel where you can eat, shop and roam around if you are not headed for city!

I was travelling alone with my kids on transit, staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel to one and all.

Food doesn't have many varieties. Rest all very nice. Looks quite expensive but it's in best location.

Excellent facility to stay close to the airport.

The hotel is located at terminal 3. It's walking distance from arrival and we'll connected with Sky train. City is too far, 25 minutes drive.

Stayed with my family for 5 nights at the hotel. The stay was was cool and fabulous. Proximity to airport food courts and MRT station made our stay extraordinarily good. Singapore Expo is 1MRT station away. Overall a very good experience. Would love to stay here again.
