The destination is simple to reach from Changi airport. I took a taxi to reach here. the rooms are small but neat and clean. staff is so friendly and helpful. I wanted extra blanket they provided immediately. I asked for tea packets.. they delivered instantly. multiple times I had asked them to switch off the AC of my room and without hesitation they did it. They also sent a friendly reminder before checkout. while going to roam I dropped my keys to the reception and they cleaned my room. Ultimates while I was leaving today from the Hotel 81 Elegance I asked the receptionist to help me book a taxi and he swiftly did it. So helpful and grounded. Just to add it has a nice eating options just below the Hotel 81 Elegance. For indians there is a nice south Indian restaurant nearby walking distance.

Stay was good enough, only issue i felt was providing just one water bottle for two people in the room. But yes, singapore tap water is drinkable, and we mostly just boiled it using the kettle in the room. The ac was weird and not working according to the temperature setting, but i had seen this in another review and took the room with balcony to keep it open to compensate. Also, no bidet, as seen in other reviews, which was expected. Location is very good for indians, and public transport access.

The room is tidy and as shown in pictures with double cot. If you 2 adult and 1 kid below 6 years can do adjust in same room. Staff are great very helpful they will guide in all your needs. Air conditioner 24 hrs. Bath room is small else all other things are good. If you are working wifi is helpful as well since no need to buy sim cards of singapore. Mustafa center is walkable distance for all shopping needs which operates 24/7. Totally a good stay.

The location is very near to mrt station. As we had checked in on sunday afternoon we did not get early checkin but the room was worth the wait. The staff is kind and polite . The room are pretty neat and clean
