Check-Inn at Little India

Room were smaller than it appeared. No windows or ventilation. Booked couple of queen beds but provided with one king bed

The rooms were small then shown and described in the picture. Also, we had two old couple and I was traveling with a baby. We requested to give us a room at lower level which was denied. The manager said the hotel is fully booked and yet I could easily see many rooms available on MMT and on other sites. I even requested to change rooms in a day or two. There were multiple checkouts each day but manager did not accommodate. Lastly, I had a 4 month old baby and I complained about ants and insects in the room. They did some pest control yet it did not make any difference. Pros: lower level room was spacious and nice. Location is fairly good.

The hotel doesn't have a lift. There are no helpers, so you have to carry your luggage to whichever floor you stay. They clean the room on alternate days. There are no safety issues though and it's mostly clean.

To much bed bugs also ventilation oxygen levels low no windows nothing only good things staff are kind and supportive

Rooms are super clean and budget friendly. location is very near to MRT station just 50m. easy accessible to all locations. if you preferto be around indian food places and community this is the right budget friendly stay place. please do not recommend this kinda hotel to people who has kids or elder ones. they got no elevators. even that was fine but no windows! the room literally had no windows and the carpet smelled Terrible. worst saty ever. Just because it's near to the metro it's okay but the rest is bad. the female staffs are very very rude.

location is prime location..but rooms are too small, no windows, no air passing in room 9/8 size capsule room...no housekeeping daily... poor service

Hotel is very Strict with Checkin and Check out timings , they even call to remind you please check out . Though timings are advertised but so much in your FACE ? The corridore almost stinks , I needed to stop breating while crossing . Bathrooms are Worn out some cheap Motel types , rooms are okayish . Noise from the Road at night . Only Positive is Location because of which we booked , but will AVOID the place if possible .

Biggest chutiya experience with the makemytrip When I was making the booking, by mistake a hotel was booked in my name, which I was booking for someone else. As soon as the booking was done, I informed the customer care within 10 minutes to change the name but no support from makemytrip i aslo escalate this on everywhere like social media consumer court etc

The room was quite small and over priced. Though it had windows, we couldn't open it as it was a ground floor room. There was a lot of noise from the street. Room cleaning was done every alternate days. No in house food. Outside food is allowed. The location of the property beats all. Very very close to the MRT and bus stops.

Ethnic budget hotel located in the heart of heritage zone of little india bang opposite metro station. Multiple restaurants all round cover up absence of in-house one. Small rooms with no elevator and lot of noise from the street make stay a bit unpleasant.

The stay was worth the penny, easily accessible for mrt and very nearer to other shops as well, the staffs were friendly.

No potter service, rooms are very small. Worst part is they charge some $100 upfront for security (no cash, and it takes months to return.

The room was small as compared to the price paid also as per hotel policy the cleaning would be done after 2 days stay only also they asked for 100sgd as security deposit which was not returned on time and as per bank they will take 2 months time i dont understand this u can block the amount as securrity but why did they debited it. Also the staff was mot ready to take cash as security they want only debit or credit card what if someone is not carrying any card as they are travel-ling internationally and have only cash. Worst experience dont recommend to anyone only one benefit of this hotel is that it is near to mrt. Dont have picture

Hotel rooms are pretty good. From outside it looks very small hotel. Front desk staff was not welcoming. They tried to mislead you. One need to be careful. Especially for the deposit money. Location was not that great.

None of the items mentioned in the description of the Delux room category were available during the stay. The room was extremely small and one could hardly walk within it. Service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend a stay.

The rooms were so small, i was claustrophobic the minute i entered. The staff doesn’t help with luggage or basic necessities to your room on weekends. I would not recommend this place for the tariff we pay here.
