We booked pretty last minute and we were glad to get it. It’s a great property. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. There’s a cafe too in the front. The Baan Suwantawe gives two 10% off coupons that can be used at the cafe. Plus there’s a pool and a big parking in the back of the building. The Baan Suwantawe is at walking distance from the old town. There’s a mall right opposite to the Baan Suwantawe and a night market is set up right next to the mall. The night market had a great vibe. Inexpensive food, live music, flea market. I’d highly recommend this property because of its location and cleanliness.

Hotel is located in Old Town Phuket. Rooms are clean & hygienic. Old town Phuket Market,Cafes and Food places are at walking distance. Has got really good and cozy vibes. Easy to commute.
