My booking was cancel-led due to the driver calling me to ghaziabad instead of kashmiri gate delhi as i selected the pick up point so you are requested to kindly proceed with my refund at the earliest.

Property staff service is not poor, it's not there only. We only need to carry our luggage to the rooms. And even though i booked superior rooms. They provide me standard room only. Upon asking they didn't provide me any proper answer. Next, the room doors lock was not at all working, and i would say i was lucky enough this time that they listened to me and provide me the another room. But don't forget, even there room locks were also not working.

Amazing near the beach, it was just a small 1 day stay due to beach at walking distance though we have our bnb booked little far place from beach, soo we booked this hotel but amazing vibe

The location of the hotel in front of bangla road is very good and the hotel is very clean and the staff of the hotel is cooperative.

Very Nice budget hotel , Front Desk Reception staff is very Polite, Pleasent and Cooperative. AC was chiled , Hot and cold water, water pressure is Good, Nice and clean room with balcony. Thanks to Staff for a good Service Service with good mood.

Only the receptionist who checked me inn was quite a rude person. She called me names and swears on me. But the stay was great and wonderful.

Nice clean room and bathroom, staffs were very polite, near to bangla road, complimentary 2bottles of water and morning tea/coffee every day, ac tv fridge kettle hairdryer shower all was working fine, 6stored property with lift, balcony view to the road.
