The hotel is very good at this budget, little far from patong beach, staff are polite and helpful. Recommended for budget travelers.

They have a rule. One day only 2 coffee sachets. No extra shampoo and soaps. You need to clean the cups if you need. Most pathetic hotel i have ever seen.

Good location. But bad service and staff. Do not cooperate. If u ask something from them on call they want u to come to reception and get it on your own.

Hotel room and amenities were decent. Location is heart of phuket town. Patong beach is nearby and at walking distance.

staff doesn't understand english at all. though room has balcony we couldn't open it as there is other room balcony in front and very close. room is clean, however need to be refurnished. suggestion to keep breakfast

The hotel location is good. Close enough to Patong but far enough from the hustle bustle. Hotel itself I had no complains. My room location was poor. Choose room carefully.

Hotel staff was not very helpful. We reached at 9 but our booking was from 2. Even after requesting so much they provided rooms at 12:30. Also they were not ready to help for anything. Hotel is far from beach.
