Poor Service at This Property - BEWARE!

familyI had a very disappointing experience with this property. When I checked in, the hotel informed me that they received the booking from Expedia, not , and that they have no ties with . To make matters worse, the room I booked was supposed to be a double superior, but they only offered me a standard room. Despite paying for an upgraded category, I was told this was a mistake on end, and the hotel was not responsible. The staff, except for the owner, was rude and unhelpful. The host even admitted in front that the mistake was on part and suggested I get a refund directly from them. Unfortunately, did nothing to resolve the issue and simply told me to wait 48 hours—something completely unacceptable when you're in a foreign country. I highly advise against booking this property , as it seems there's a scam in progress.
