Very hygienic, comfortable, spacious with all the facilities and a balcony

It's located on the opposite side of Patong beach in a street. We booked Quadruple room with 2 single bed and one double bed,they provided all the facilities like bathroom kit,dental kit,hairdryer,TV ,study table,bed side table with lamps and a big cupboard,along with a big balcony with chair table and cloth stand.They provided clean towels also. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Only downside(only if you have heavy luggage),there is no lift so need to carry luggage yourselves or they might help also if asked. Since we needed to leave in the evening but checkout was at 12 pm,they let us store our luggage at reception and also let us use the washroom. The stay was comfortable and budget friendly also ,and location was on point 5

Bestest Part was the location of Stay, But the Owner were very polite , he really helped us on our last day. Also we were out of phuket during check out time, but he managed to took care of our bags and belongings very well.
