room provided without elevators and balcony and took money for a premium room. Have to use stairs everything to go up and down. I need refund totally unhappy.

The location of the property is very nice also u have a 7/11 next to the hotel over all stay was gud its just they dont have staff in the evening time its self service

No service in the hotel , at the time of check in no one take the luggage to the room . The building was too old .. and there is no ac and fan at the reception counter

This was not at a welcoming hotel for us. Starting from checkin point we were asked to carry all our luggage by ourselves as they have no staff to take luggage till room. The pool is not good at all with extremely cold water and small size compared to all other stays we had during out Thailand trip ..... The kitchen last order is at 5 PM which is surprising at such a place. The breakfast buffet is same everyday with no option for vegetarian apart from bread jam and butter and watermelon and juice coffee tea

The service and rooms are very hygienic, spacious and clean with the breakfast inclusion. The property also have swimming pool with clean water.

Very nice experience, hotel is well located. Staff in particular is very humble & soft spoken. Really liked the gesture of little decoration of room & small cake for my daughter on her birthday. I will definitely recommend this property for comfort stay.

Very bad staff behavior, they treated us like they are paying us to stay there. Very very rude. Especially the receptionist.

The location was perfect for those who value a peaceful night's sleep while still being within walking distance of the vibrant bangla road. My stay was very pleasant, with helpful and accommodating staff making the experience enjoyable. For improvement, the breakfast selection could be expanded as the current options are quite limited. Although the hotel didn’t quite feel like a four-star property, i still had a good stay overall.

i had stayed for 3 days, stay amenities and staff is awesome, i definitely recommend people to stay in this hotel when visiting phuket. also the price of the hotel is very affordable 👌

It was an amazing stay the room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The house keeping service was on daily basis and food was also good.

It’s was really a nice and peaceful stay, clean water pool, a mid size. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful.

If you are in a budget, then its a good place to stay. We didnt have any problem with the stay and cleanliness of the room. The issue was that there is no lift in the hotel and we had our room on the 3rd floor so carrying of the luggage is a bit difficult. Even when we were checking out the hotel manager asked us to get the bags down by ourselves as the helper guys were occupied. Also, there is a sewer right behind the hotel so there will be constant foul smell of sewerage in the washrooms.

Amazing stay! rooms were small but definitely comfortable because all we had to do in the room was sleep and get ready so it wasn't bad at all. Breakfast was also good. Location wise it's right next to the patong beach.

The hospitality and facilities at the hotel and its prime location is nearby the patong beach. I’ll stay again at this place next time for sure )

In phuket they have not provided the room that we have booked. Not good services has provided as our room was on the 3rd floor and we going through stairs as no left was there in the building

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great location. Great property. Enjoyed my stay over here. Great value for money. Quality of rooms was way better than my expectations. Will visit again soon.
