I found this property near the airport. Due to an emergency, I had to book a hotel quickly, but it turned out to be in a very bad location. The hotel was managed by just one person, there was no kitchen, and no room facilities were available. The room itself was in very poor condition. I had booked a double bed, but they gave me a twin bed instead. When I asked about the double bed, the person told me to pay an extra 350 baht. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never book this type of property again. I strongly suggest that no one books this property.

We only booked this hotel because it is a 500 metre walk from the airport. It helps you arrive at odd hours. It is a simple property with bare minimum facilities. The pool is good though.

Service was one of the worst i have experienced till date. 1. No bell boy for luggage 2. You have to climb the stairs with your heavy luggage as there is no lift 3. Geyser was leaking and even after changing it was the same 4. No housekeeping service 5. No room service to get the plates and spoon and they ask you to clean their utensils and give it to them 6. There is no dressing mirror in the room this is the most common thing in a 3 star hotel property 7. Early checkin is on chargeable basis 8. I booked 2 superior garden view rooms and got one garden view and second city view which was disturbing.

It's good property and very near to airport. The rooms are good and spacious. I had a good experience.

Had a nice stay at the place. We stayed there only overnight since we had to move to krabi the next day. The place had a kettle and ours was a pool view room. The breakfast was decent and not a buffet. The staff were helpful to provide information of the cab facilities.

No bell boy was available to take our luggage, for which they offer me to take ground floor room at additional 300bht

The only reason you would stay at this property is if you have a flight to catch. So my advice is don’t think to walk from the hotel to the airport while you are checking out, specially if you have to reach to international airport. Since the international airport has a huge walk from the ramp up like a mountain which is impossible to walk even if you are with less luggage. Although domestic airport is easily accessible to the hotel and is a walking distance but still with a hot sunny day in the day time it will be very tiring. Good part is hotel offers free shuttle to the airport at specific time so do avail this service at the reception and let them know diring check out. Staff are really helpful and go beyond to help. Rooms were very clean and so was the washroom. Best part was the beds were very comfortable not soft which is a perfect mattress for people with back pain. Also the hotel was very quite and no noise at all. The only missing part was hotel do not have a weighing machine to weight your luggage so if you are thinking in the direction then you will have to walk up to a nearby 7 eleven which is very close to the hotel and purchase a weighing machine for your luggage. I hope the hotel keeps a weighing machine in future.

Property is very close to airport, so it’s a pro if you have an early morning or late night flights.

Found a cockroach inside the room and the bathrooms were very old with bed sheets not clean. The ac didn’t work properly and the location is really terrible too.

The hotel was pretty good. It's nearby airport and the room was very neat and clean, it has a swimming pool and i enjoyed my stay here.

Clean room and nice room at this cost, perfect location for airport transfer.
