One of the worst experience. This is not a proper hotel. They don’t even provide cutlery and they have it still they wouldn’t provide cutlery ! they don’t provide complimentary coffee or tea powder which is a basic amenities provided in many of the cheaper hotels than this

There was no room service, no one to help you with luggage, moreover when I was checking out, a hotel guy went to check the room while we were in the lobby and he brought this towel and was pointing that it was stained. Though it was like this only. They were never white. Rather yellowish. Though I was firm that it was like this. May be it was a ploy to take extra money from me. But by seeing how firm I was y hey told me its OK. It was very unprofessional to bring a towel back to lobby and point it. Dint like it at all and not Worth the value I paid I paid like 3500+rs per day. But I think I can get better deals with thia amount of money
