Average Stay
The hotel is located on a hill with a very steep climb, which made walking to and from the property quite tiring. The good part is that it’s right in the center of Patong, so everything is easily accessible once you reach. The room unfortunately had a damp smell that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, great location but the uphill access and room odor could be improved.

It was a wonderful stay at the unity. Loved the ambience and the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. We would love to come back again.

If you can compromise with the service and liar management then feel free to go.
The Unity Patong management changed our accommodation without prior notice. They shifted us to the next building. No room service. I stayed there 2 nights but they didn't provide basis things like clean towels, soap etc. Room ventilation system was a big disappointment. And lot more.
