Ramada by Wyndham Aonang Krabi

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Aonang Krabi, and unfortunately, the property is currently under renovation and not ready for guests. The rooms were nothing like the photos shown online — most had no proper furniture, and there was no lift, which made it quite inconvenient. We had to argue with the reception attendant, who himself seemed frustrated with the management. To his credit, he did arrange another hotel nearby (a 3-star property owned by the same owner), but since our booking was prepaid, we had no choice but to accept it. The Ramada property itself is large and has potential, but right now it feels more like a construction site. Guests were constantly coming to the reception to complain — no housekeeping staff, unclean rooms, and unfinished facilities. It seems they are selling incomplete rooms just to make some money during the transition phase, which is very disappointing. Not the kind of experience you’d expect from a reputed brand like Wyndham. I hope MakeMyTrip reviews such listings more carefully.

Location, food, rooms were excellent.. but there’s no elevator in 3 floor building (pool view). Being 6 month pregnant I was given room on top floor, n no change was made on request. Secondly no one would pick up your call on front desk before 8-9 am. I had to check out at 7 am, so had to take my luggage myself from room (3rd floor without elevator) to front desk.

Rooms were spacious and location was also gud close to the main street ,but there was no energy or vibe of the place .

Very old property and not maintained at all. Worst part is the pathetic front guest services department and the guy was really rude.

The building and entrance was very old and less maintained the breakfast buffet had very few items

The stay at the property was super comfortable. The rooms are super spacious, they have a large swimming pool, and also access to a premium gym for the residents. Also, special mention to Tar at the reception - she is a pretty and a really helpful person. Talk to her if you can, she is fun.

The room was huge for 1 person the property was excellent but they need to focus lil bit on the service part as well

Services provided a really good. But the hotel itself is bit old, wifi not so fast. Jacuzzi in the swimming pool is really good.

A big zero in the name of Hotel .. Celling AC do not work.. they put a split AC but the AC cant cool the room as the room is to big then required nd no cooling. Water pressure is very law.. staff behavior is not good. Room interior is too poor nd dirty.

It was one of the worst experience ever. Breakfast was soo horrible every thing was wierd. Bread was so dry there were mosqitoes flying near food. They ran out of water in the room for more than 2 hours. Tap water was soo dirty that you can not even wash hands with that.

It’s an nightmare to stay at hotel ramada. No lift , staff is not supportive, not maintained entire property , not recommended even if it’s free stay

Very spacious rooms , well maintained at a very very reasonable price , worth staying , near by have many Indian restaurants and Thai local food , close to beach as well

We have to change our room for 2 days They don't provide a shaving kit or basic toothbrush toothpaste

We reached the hotel very late at around 1Am Thailand time & our stay was booked for 3 Nights here the Front Desk staff was so sweet she gave us a complimentary upgrade on our booking & we got a big room with bathtub & a big balcony with a nice view from there & a cozy queen size bed with 2 other extra beds in the room. Really enjoyed the stay here the Housekeeping in here is always on time & do book your breakfast along with you stay that ll be totally worth it the breakfast buffet consists of almost 15-20 variety of food, bakery & other items. In short totally value for money to stay here in Ramada.

Not good too old building infrastructure staff in not cooperative they don’t even know to see the booking

Average hotel with under construction pool. Wifi was not working which is an essential service on an international trip. Not much for vegee lovers. The female of reception staff was rude. Mostly non cooperative. Still i am rating - average

it’s average maintenance hotel … brakefast are good …. but manpower low …

MakeMyTrip did not send the booking to the resort and we had to pay for an additional day to the property
