Gateway Hotel

The hotel was decent. Room was large enough for 2 adults and a kid. The extra bedding mattress was OK, a little too hard. The breakfast was delicious...! Variety of options available. The hotel location is slightly off the main road. One should walk a little but away to escape from the traffic. Overall, a good experience..!

everything was good. the rooms were clean and spacious. however there were small cockroaches in the room.

The Gateway Hotel has a great location—very convenient to the metro station and easily accessible by cabs. The staff is polite, cooperative, and supportive. The hotel's Location, ambiance and room size is also big and good. Staff were also very much cooperative.

It was really spacious. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. It is quite near to metro and market.

My experience was very great. I book a room for a couple like queen bedroom but at the time of check in the staff gave me the upgraded room without any extra charge.

Location was ok but the service was terrible, upon asking water the reception guy says no free water have to pay 10aed or go to a grocery shop, he was very rude. I would not recommend due to the room was smelly even if you get an upgrade the hotel needs cleanliness and staff needs to be polite.

Food wasn’t good and facilities were very slow

This is my worst experience which i ever had, staff behaviour was very poor, they were really arrogant to us while the time of check out. Should say about the cleanliness, it will be my first and last time that i’m seeing such untidy room, i couldn’t sleep peacefully was feeling so itchy.
