Carlton Tower Hotel

room were ok. renovation was going on o. the same floor where I was stating. service poor and very gloomy atmosphere

location of the property is perfect, next to creek. in the evening dhow cruise are available easily. breakfast buffet is good and tasty. we upgrade for suite by paying the difference. it was worth. two issue i want to mention. fire exit are not well illuminated, one exit back to lift is filled with some unused stuff.. next is non coperation with front desk, we lost 25000 INR activity because front desk staff didn't informed us about our pickup driver. according to him its not part of his duty. Right, but we bear the inconvenience due to renovation is going on.so when hotel expect to bear us inconvenience despite full payment, then why not some extra efforts from front desk

Beautiful view , good staff , food was amazing , 24/7 fast service , good area must stay here , nice trip

no hot water. food is not good. services is poor. Even breakfast was not fun. room not clean. nothing

The room was good but had carpet on the floor which was clean but usually not preferable. The service was very poor, it was slow and they didn't even provide water upon request. It was limited to only 2 bottles (less than 1l) per day for a double room.

Hotel is Good also staff is very cooperative! I stay always in Carlton hotel ! Hotel also room is very clean

Poor housekeeping no response from the reception, they are only one word for everything “ management decision “ it means there is something wrong with the management only

Very nice but needs to look for breakfast for Indian and vegetarian tourist but rest is nice and satisfied

Location is good, close by the metro station. However the service was very poor, we had to wait for 15-20mins for any house keeping services and also they charged extra 15 AED per night as city tax which is not refundable. Otherwise an average stay

The stay was not good. Basic amenities were missing. Would not recommend any one to stay here. The breakfast was also subpar.

The location is very close to what i was looking for. Many shops and restaurants around the area. Nice to walk by the beach front as well. So all in all my stay at carlton was great.

Rooms are very small. I booked delux room with 452 sqft as mentioned in mmt app but i got room with 220 sq ft. After a lot of arguments hotel agreed and gave bigger room.

Stay was good. Good proximity to nearest metro station. Staff was professional and courteous. They catered to our requests properly. Overall it was great stay at carlton. Can i do it later?

Everything was good except the room was not at a higher floor

not a good place to stay. there are cockroaches in the room and stinking smell is coming from the lobby. the staffs are not friendly. can get a good place for this money.

the location of carlton hotel is good, you can see burj khalifa 😀the rooms are spacious and vell lit. we had taken two twin bed rooms. stay was good with tv, bath tub and city view. however, there is no arrangement for refilling drinking water, they provide 1l water per day. extra bottle cost 10 dirhams which is costly. (4stars for that reason). room cleaning was not done daily for one room, for the other room it was done everyday.

Nice ambience services was excellent reception and all the staff was good food was awesome excellent location and connectivity wise i vl recommend my family and friends

we have good stay…good staff behave …as room are cozy for 3 adult that’s why 4 star
