Ibis Dubai Al Rigga

the following are the issues : 1.When we ask water more than 2 ltrs , they said we can give 2 lts at a time , which is in sufficient for 2 people to drink daily 2.When i reach around 12.30 pm, they could not arrange prior check in 2 hrs before , which promised before booking 3.When i requested to arrange 2 plates to room , they are asking Extra charges for that the room also not much greatly convenient

Very Near to the Al Raggi metro station, Clean Good breakfast, Best is it nicely located so that you can do a lot of shopping and nice eateries all around. Near to the airport, in fact you can come from the airport to the hotel in metro, that is what i did if you are travelling light if you are travelling single for business purpose. The room size is ok for 2 persons but not more.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for market access , and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it

nice room and everything you need they will provide you as soon as possible,, also upgraded by staff in a big room when we request a non-smoking room,,clean and nice view at the window,,very relaxing

Hotel near metro, the service from people is good, and the booking through make my trip is the best

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very small and didn’t have even the most basic essentials—no soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, napkins, or tissue. On top of that, there was no staff available to help with my luggage when I arrived. To make matters worse, they charged an extra 10 dirhams as a “tourist tax,” even though Dubai is supposed to be a tax-free city. This felt misleading and added to the overall poor experience. I expected much better service and transparency.

I know this property from last 2 years and location is very easy / nearby everything’s are available 24 hours / star are very helpful / at breakfast we have very good indian food it’s lovely place

It was very nice as always. Staff is excellent. Reception Staff is always very welcome. Junior & Mohammed are good. One Nigerian Girl was also welcoming. Above all Pragya tha Receptionist is excellent. Similarly the Staff at Breakfast Hall - The Manager ( the Indian Guy) a don't remember his name , he is a real GEM. Manoj & the other guy who takes care of the floor/luggage etc are also good. Overall IBIS Al Rigga STAFF is very nice

Very clean and easy check in and check out process. Cebtrally located and easy to walk around for shopping. Great staff and very helpful staff, special mention to Ms Su at reception for all her help!

I checked out and left my charger, Ibis Hotel Rigga Team is the best, safe kept the charger and I’m able to collect it with no much hassle. this is not my first stay in Ibis rigga branch, I find the room clean, tidy and neat as usual. the staff are all friendly , location wise its in the heart of deira near to metro stations, mall and lots of neighboring restaurants / cafe’s. Budget friendly and one of the decent hotel I’ve been.

Check in was smooth. Location is good. Amenities and service, Not worth the price when compared to other hotels nearby. The washroom is too congested. For basic amenities you need to call and request again and again.

The Hotel is located very close to Dubai Metro station Al Rigga , Nice and clean rooms and very pleasant staff. Good stay option at Dubai.

Overall the experience was nice. Good stay and services provided.
