Very good quality rooms and hospitality was also very good - food in the cafe was also excellent and nicely serves

Excellent property and fantastic staff..booked this after thorough personal research but was still apprehensive..made a very good choice I must stay..had a seamless 5 star experience..had booked in the 2 bedroom apartment..we could have planned better to utilise their kitchen..it's a fully functional kitchen with utensils and additionally a nice washing machine and dryer l.. fortunately we also got quite a bearable weather

This is my personal experience. I stayed there very pleasant. The staff was very good very assessment and understanding so I am so happy about this property millennium Plaza. Even the view also very good transportation immediately within one minute so I had a good experience. Thank you so much.

I have been staying in this property for last 15 years and probably the difference is the management, when it was crowne plaza everything was perfect and now everything seems out of order.. The food quality is really poor, the staff is unprofessional, lack of empathy and lack of training... The checkin to the property was really delayed, but It was very well handled. The property is very well maintained. Given that it's an iconic landmark. I would like to especially mention the House Keeping assistant designated to my floor Faiz was exceptional. My stay in the Millennium downtown was memorable. fantastic view bang opp Future Musium and polite staff and a lot of Indian food outlets nearby overall very well priced and enjoyed the stay

Spacious rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Check in process was easy and quick. The hotel is conveniently located near the Emirates towers metro station. Very comfortable stay.

The room and the staff was amazing. However, the infrastructure was lacking to handle such a big crowd during the breakfast time. The food was below average.

Check in was smooth, location opposite to museum of future is awesome, swimming pool gives a view of future museum and Burj Khalifa which is mesmerising.

Rooms are good and spacious. Raju cleaned our room well every day. Facilities are good. Breakfast menu was same for all 6 days that we stayed for. This was definitely a downer.

We had a amazing stay experience in millennium plaza downtown it is at the heart of the city close proximity to all the mode of transportation and most importantly it is opposite to future of museum and all the sky raisers view our stay made it even special

Stay was comfrtble. Location was excellent, amenities and services very good but the indian food taste was very average. They have the same menu for veg meals everyday.

Every is well taken care from the hotel people. It is at the heart of the city and good connecting transport be it be taxi, bus and metro all at close proximity.

Property is old and packed with tourist indians, one night 100 people were waiting in line for lift it was crazy and claustrophobic it is under maintenance lobby acs are not working and in this heat in mins anyone can be dripping in sweat the washroom showers were like roxkets in different directions and sofas smelling basically wont come back

It was good stay good breakfast good spacious room staff is very helpful but access card was stopped working fro like 3-5 times also they didn't have my room on the breakfast list, they had to checkin before me to give the access
