A nice small & well placed hot....
The Safa Park Hotel is centrally placed - not in the middle of town but close to the centre, the airport, beaches & other attractions. It appears to cater for business guests along with families & solo travellers of all nationalities. We liked it as it is only 5 floors high, the rooms have all that you need, comfy & nice & quiet, our room being on the first floor at the rear, not much to look out onto but I imagine that is the case with a lot of the hotels in Dubai. The air con works very well & thankfully has simple manual controls which are quick to respond & operated really quietly. The room has a nice compact shower room, plenty of towels, shower gel provided, a TV with a selection of channels & languages. The tea / coffee is re-stocked daily along with a couple of bottles of water to go into your fridge. Beds were very comfy, two pillows if needed & we both lets through every night.
The staff are friendly, polite & helpful - we arrived early after an overnight flight & despite check-in being 14;00 we & others had our rooms before 10.00 - that is good customer service.
We stayed B&B only, the breakfast is buffet service with a fair choice of hot / cold items in an international / continental style that is varied daily. I think I saw people eating in the restaurant in the evening & there is also a Mexican themed eatery attached to the hotel which looked nice for groups, although I only popped in for a drink with a friend. The hotel has a handy small shop area for drinks & essentials. There is also a small gym, I did not make use of it but looked in & it has enough kit to help burn a few cals if needed.
For getting about official taxis are always available & the staff will find them for you. The Metro station is only a 5 - 10 minutes stroll. If you've never been driven around Dubai - it is fast paced, oddly enough I felt safer in a driverless train than in any of the taxis & it is always get an estimate from the driver at the outset as we found some trips dearer one way than the other. As for this hotel I couldn't fault it & felt that it was very good value for money - you can spend a lot of money on hotels in Dubai & I'm at a loss as to what extras you get or need, this hotel provided all that we needed & looking at some of the other hotels out there.....

Had a very good stay
Visited this hotel the first time, thanks to my colleague. Fantastic place to stay - good rooms, excellent mexican restaurant and a special mention for "ehaab" at the reception for his professionalism.

Stayed here 20th April for 5 days and to be honest I can’t praise the hotel and it’s staff enough. Rooms (325 non-smoking) are very spacious, clean and very well presented. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was great and the shower was perfect. The staff were very friendly especially our cleaner Modou who was from The Gambia originally and so nice to chat to as well. The hallways to the rooms always smelt nice and fresh. Aimee on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly whatever time of day it was. The breakfast was fantastic and a great choice for all nationalities and the staff in the restaurant were really nice. The hotel is in a good location and I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. To the hotel management you have really nice staff and are a credit to your company.

Hotel Well located near of the....
The Hotel is well located near of the Business bay metro station not too far from Dubai mall or mall of emirates. Easy access
The hotel is quiet in good condition, nice and comfortable room. Cleaning need to be upgraded and wifi is not stable.
The breakfast is very good for an Holiday Inn. Service poor.
At the reception they should learn how to smile and not act like robot. service is friendly but not warm.

stayed at Holiday Inn Safa Park, Dubai, from April 11 and April 20 and had left 1000 Euros as emergency money in the pocket of a bag left in the room for the entirety of my stay and before checkout, while packing, I realized 300 Euros were missing and NO ONE did anything, not the Indian manager (female) at the place and NOR Mr. Attia that talked to me by phone.
I had a flight in 4 hours and I MANDATED that I take my stolen money and gave them time to look at the cameras and ask their personnel and I got nothing, I was stolen in your hotel and left my contacts as they said they needed time, and left Dubai and for the past week, NO ONE called me, or emailed me, or even APOLOGIZED after I traveled to my country.
They kept insisting that I leave and they will get back to me, and a week passed by and NOTHING.
No one tracked the issue or contacted me and NO ONE said we will reimburse your stolen money AND NO ONE TOOK responsibility.
How is this a big international hotel chain? Your guests come to get stolen and when they leave you send them a Rewards Club membership?
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN EVER.
