ibis Styles Makkah

My stay in ibis styles, Mecca was good comparing the prices for which the hotel was available. The only issue I had during my stay was that the toilet floor was not cleaned properly even after requesting multiple times. But still comparing the price of the stay, it is still worth it. I would recommend anyone i know to this hotel for this price. Also the shuttle buses to jamarat are not frequent and not consistent with 5 prayer times. Hope the hotel management adds more to it. The breakfast was worth the amount of 30 riyals when you pay at the restaurant.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, which made my stay more comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that some services I expected, like free laundry, were not included. It would have been great to have those little extras, but overall, the kind attitude of the workers made a good impression.

The rooms very excellent, every hour they have a shuttel service to Haram, entire staff and ambience was amazing

It’s a clean and comfortable hotel, the staff are very polite. There’s no noise and traffic near the hotel and the bus comes every 1 hour to the hotel to take guests to ha-ram

Hotel was closed by ministry of tourism and i had to book other hotel and in make my trip app, there was no cancellation option showing. It was a nightmare for me to carry all my belongings with me here and there in search of hotel. I want my amount back and also the loss which i had to pay via traveling here and there in search of hotel and the additional amount which i have to pay to book a new room in a short interval of time

Location is little far from haram have to change 2 buses. Food quite good

It was amazing experience in this hotel. Only thing they need to improve regarding for providing basic things like dentle kits, sleepers, also food availability

The rooms are good but the shuttle service should be every 30 minutes to ha-ram. As the hotel distance is far away from haram.

There was horrible smell in the first room allocated but upon our request they changed our room. The corridor carpets and sofa hand cushions in the rooms were dirty and stained badly.

The housekeeping open the door without permission when you sleep they are very strongly in reception

It is economically good people staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious. Carpets are very old and some washrooms are very smelly. They have excellent shuttle service to ha-ram

Hotel is good. This is my second time stay. House keeping is excellent. Mohd iqbal did this job really great.
