Great propoerty with spacious rooms, and very supportive staff. The breakfast spread is also has a lot of options to choose from.

Rooms are very well maintained. They have shuttles to haram almost every hour. Staff is very good. Great value for money

The check in was very smooth. The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. They even upgraded our room to a spacious one. The only flaw was the amenities in the room. There was no dental or bath kit and we realised it in the morning and had to request for one. We found it odd in a five star hotel. Otherwise the stay was very good.

Definitely would suggest this hotel if people are willing to stay in aziziya. Hotel is very good, very spacious rooms and has a shuttle every half an hour to haram. You will get taxis within a minute and these will drop you exactly neat the makkah palace which is some 50 meters from king abdul aziz gate which is the gate you take to enter the mataf area. I would highly suggest to book this hotel and use taxis if you have elderlies in your family.

Good location, free pickup drop to and from ha-ram every 1h or so. Clean rooms with daily house keeping. Good breakfast.

Staff behavior was very good. Warm and friendly types. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Room amenities are best in class. Hotel has a gym. Lift is fast and quiet. Restaurant food was good and the staff was also helpful.
