Excellent Stay Near the Haram Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The property is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the Haram and approximately 10 minutes for those performing Umrah. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was of excellent quality. Lifts were always available, ensuring smooth access to all floors. The entire hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay throughout. Highly recommended for pilgrims seeking convenience and comfort near the Haram.. Breakfast area can be arranged properly as it was bit unorganized. But the food was excellent with lot of option.

Hotel Anjum Makkah is one of the best places to stay near Masjid Al Haram. Walking distance from Haram. Hotel is very good, highly recommended. Prices are reasonable and all the amenities are excellent. Staff is polite and friendly. Food is awesome. Breakfast buffets were great with wide selection of items. Highly recommended.

I advise anyone who wants a comfortable stay in Mecca at the Anjum Hotel. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and all services are provided. The open buffet is wonderful, in addition to the hotel’s proximity to the courtyards of the Grand Mosque, just one minute on foot from Shamra, Anjum Hotel.

The journey was amazing service food all great issue was with 1 of the restaurant in the hotel shabakya. Where th3 service was just worst

Location access to haram property room ... over all it’s a very nice hotel. Breakfast can be improved as mostly it’s the bakery stuff on the buffet... they can add some more dishes for sure !!

Hotel was good, but surely service needs to be improved. I pressed my ‘make up room’ button and left for um-rah in the afternoon. It was around 5-6 hours later that i came back and saw my room being not cleaned up which was very frustrating. I mean every basic hotel does cleaning of room at-least once daily. What was more surprising was that i informed one of the housekeepers to clean my room after we leave to which he agreed but did not clean our room. I called the staff several times to explain this and finally after an hour they responded by giving some water and coffee powder sachets just to show that the room was filled for the day. One more advise, please train your staff to speak at-least 10% english to understand things. You are running a 5 star hotel and you cannot expect to work without training your staff in this manner.

Receiption try to fraud people and get money again after checking out. They said you didn’t pay taxes and you have to pay after checkout. Rooms are not ready before 6:00 🕕 pm They asked people to check out at 12:00 pm. Very bad policy

Hotel was good. I booked my room with Haram view but you can not see Kaaba from your room because it is new haram extension side. New Haram extension is very near and you can join namaz after a 300-metre walk approx and gate no. 89, 88, 87, are also approx 500 metre from the hotel. Location is good but some hotels are very close to Haram like Makkah tower. But over location is very good. Room was good and bathroom amenities also good. I have booked with breakfast fast only which was fantastic and lots of variety. Room service response is poor but front desk response was good. If you are tired or have aged people with you then you can join namaz in hotel at GM floor and namaz area is excellent.

My stay was excellent and enjoyable. Location is great and very close to Haram. I like Anjum Hotel and will stay there once again next time inshaa Allah.
