It was pleasant experience with makarem al qoura hotel at makkah, soudi arabia. Homely but very professional. All staff are very polite. All amenities are available. Varities in breakfast menu. 24 hours suttle service to haram. Shops, atm, mosque. Prayer room all are well maintained and clean. Only drawback is they do-not have travel desk to help people in train or flight booking.

Room was good, big enough, had a good peaceful stay. Booked for one night but extended my stay for one more night Shuttle service was also good. But need to improve as it gets delayed during peak time . . Need to improve room service

It was a good stay overall. Just plan your shuttle and prepare for it although non season it's available all around. Just in season like Ramazan little delay due to natural traffic. Apart from that it is just great.
