It was pleasant experience with makarem al qoura Makarem Umm Alqura Hotel at makkah, soudi arabia. Homely but very professional. All staff are very polite. All amenities are available. Varities in breakfast menu. 24 hours suttle service to haram. Shops, atm, mosque. Prayer room all are well maintained and clean. Only drawback is they do-not have travel desk to help people in train or flight booking.

It was a good stay overall. Just plan your shuttle and prepare for it although non season it's available all around. Just in season like Ramazan little delay due to natural traffic. Apart from that it is just great.
