Good welcome at basement reception. Staff are very supportive. Next to Haram i. e. in clock Tower. All necessary facilities are there. Feel like home. A PLEASANT STAY ENJOYED.

Pullman Zamzam Makkah – Stay from 15 to 18 September I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Makkah, and it was a wonderful experience. The Kaaba view from my room was truly excellent and unforgettable. The staff were very polite, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk to Haram, which made it extremely convenient. Breakfast was also excellent — delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah.

I was given a different room. I didn’t the get room Which I booked on MMT. Inspite of so many follows up my problem was not solved. I mailed them the pics and spoke over phone so many times, they offer me 10,000 refund in my walled which I denied.

The stay was amazing. you need to book the deluxe room as the classic ones are the old ones and deluxe is the renovated. overall great stay

Good stay, spacious rooms, and very cooperative staff despite the crowding. Of course, the only problem is the elevators. But that's normal. The good thing is that the hotel is very close to the Haram.

regret to inform you that the kitchen basin has a persistent unpleasant smell, which is not due to any fault of the housekeeping staff. The issue arises because the basins are not properly covered, and the drainage pipes are all interconnected, causing the smell to linger throughout. Moreover, the reception staff are unprofessional and seem completely unaware of what’s going on with the guests. We have to call two to three times just to get a response, which is highly inconvenient. Overall, the experience has not been worth the money, and staying here has been quite disappointing.

Best location, price and food. The place is located on clock tower and is ideally located in front of the masjid al haram.

The hotel is close to the Haram, and the quality and service are amazing. From the main staff to the housekeeping team, everyone is very friendly and supportive.

The location was perfect to visit, the food was great and the hotel provided an upgrade which was the icing on the cake.

We booked two bedrooms with haram view and we paid extra for haram view, once arrived ti the hotel we were surprised that we got normal rooms when we asked they said that there are no rooms with haram view !!!
