Dear al emaan / emaar grand, just remember this name for the best Emaar Grand Hotel in mecca. I have stayed with my family for 10 days for my um-rah trip at this Emaar Grand Hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the Emaar Grand Hotel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always greet and smile to us. The location of the Emaar Grand Hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic views. I have no hesitation in recommending this Emaar Grand Hotel to others who want to go to mecca. The Emaar Grand Hotel is very near to haram just 10 min walk. Ins-ha allah, i will be back to this place soon!

Staff was courteous and prompt service

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very neat and clean. The food was amazing with lot of options at the buffet. Staff was very courteous and helpful. It's about 1km from kaaba sharif, little difficult for elderly people to walk however wheelchair service was available. Overall it was a lovely experience.
