The property is good and the staff is also good, especially khadija the manager there way very helpful. She was very polite and humble😊

I recently stayed at Emaar Grand and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, just a brisk 10-minute walk to Al Haram, which made it very convenient for prayers and visits. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of food outlets, so finding meals was easy and hassle-free. The area is lively yet not too noisy, which made my stay comfortable and peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials I needed. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring my stay was pleasant. Overall, Emaar Grand offers excellent value for its prime location and amenities, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and comfort near Al Haram.

Bathroom was worse. Room was ok and clean. Staff is rude. You cannot contact with t he hotel ever on the fone. Location is good.

The hotel's location near the ha-ram in mecca is absolutely fantastic. Being in close proximity to the masjid al-haram the sacred mosque, and the great mosque of mecca is incredibly convenient for those seeking to perform religious duties, attend prayers, or partake in the spiritual atmosphere of this holy site. The ease of access to these significant landmarks adds immense value to the hotel's offerings, providing a highly desirable and favorable location for guests.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very neat and clean. The food was amazing with lot of options at the buffet. Staff was very courteous and helpful. It's about 1km from kaaba sharif, little difficult for elderly people to walk however wheelchair service was available. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Dear al emaan / emaar grand, just remember this name for the best hotel in mecca. I have stayed with my family for 10 days for my um-rah trip at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always greet and smile to us. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic views. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others who want to go to mecca. The hotel is very near to haram just 10 min walk. Ins-ha allah, i will be back to this place soon!
