Al Safwah Orchid

Food: good breakfast options. Location: it's a perfect location right in front of haraam. However, getting to the location is a little tough since the hotel doesn't have entry from the basement like other hotels. You need to get to the main road of al safwah tower and then take the building parking. Sometimes, the police will stop you and ask multiple questions for the safety of other people and not allow the cars to go ahead. Try to reach the hotel during non prayer times, or you will spend an hour in the car getting to the location. Facilities: all facilities are good, easy check-in, staff is very polite and good, rooms well maintained.

Location was amazing. Facilities are mind blowing. Had a comfortable and healthy stay in mecca. Room service was clean and neat.

Location is good very near but room services are poor, and rooms are not as good as per rate.

It's very good service provided, luckily they upgrade my room with kaba view. It's 0 meter distance from ha-ram sarif.

The hotel is very close to haram just 3 minutes walk away. The room was clean however the view was disappointing but all in all had a good experience staying in this hotel.

Room and location superb. Room service very bad, not providing towels and not changing bedsheet daily. Very difficult to reach room boys.

the best hotel if you want to do visit masjid al haram 5 star location. just in front of masjid al haram and a lot of shops down to shop for souvenirs. breakfast buffesr wqs mind blowing a lot of options and really good taste service was really good. i will be coming to this hotel always direct view of haram from the room peace ❤️ thank you safwah royal orchid.

Only disappointment is that i booked kaaba view room but they provided a standard room all othe r things were very good

The hotel was good but the room i received was not so good i wasn’t satisfied by the room the floor was oily and slightly i booked a four beds room but i received all different types of beds one small one big it wasn’t that comfortable

Hotel location is amazing you feel inside the haram, room very very clean, the price is quite high
