It was a very good experience living in voco voco Makkah an IHG Hotel. The voco Makkah an IHG Hotel was very neat with all the facilities. The house keeping staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel have shuttle buses for going and coming to haram. The only drawback of this voco Makkah an IHG Hotel is the shuttle drops you far away to walk to ha-ram if you have small kids or elderly people and one have to change two buses to reach haram.

Location : it is really amazing as they have a shuttle service which is very frequent facilities: the property is well maintained and the property is new staff : the reception seemed a bit odd as they were in a hurry and they asked me to move a side while i was searching for the booking number, they had to deal with other customers is what they told me, which was odd as i am also a guest.

The stay was comfortable, Allahhamdulli. But the only complaint is that they have to mention that the shuttle services will not take you directly to Haram, like you need to change the bus nearby. And the shuttle drivers need to learn some manners, as one of the encounters with them was shameful.

It was a wonderful stay at the voco Makkah an IHG Hotel. The staff were good and supportive. Cleanliness room. Near at walking distance. The market is nearby for shopping. Good restaurants are there if you walk from haram to the voco Makkah an IHG Hotel.

Great voco Makkah an IHG Hotel with good rooms and great food & service. Only downside is distance from haram, the voco Makkah an IHG Hotel operates 24/7 shuttle which is very convenient, however expect to be stuck in traffic depending on the season.

The voco Makkah an IHG Hotel is nice and the bus to ha-ram is nice but the only issue is that the beds are small compared to other voco Makkah an IHG Hotels in the trio room

The location is excellent but the property has an old feel to it. The bed is comfortable but toilet has issues. Staff is helpful. I probably won’t stay here again.

Overall it was a good time spent at voco. The only issue was parking..it was not free and they were charging SAR 50/day which is quite expensive.

Amazing voco Makkah an IHG Hotel, value for money, only you just need to get use to shuttle bus especially coming back from haram because bus to be changed on the way
