Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel

I recently stayed at Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Haram. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A truly pleasant stay overall.

exceptional stay at hilton makkah my stay at hilton makkah was wonderful, with its prime location near the haram, exceptional hospitality. the staff, facilities, and dining experience were top-notch—highly recommended!

Location is good and room was excellent but for the location, the hotel is close just 5 min walking but over a hill which make the walking back is hard, noting that there is a prayer at level 3.

I booked through my. The hotel was awesome and service and dining was also very good. I would like to convey my gratitude to mr rick y hanifa, the manager for our dining. He is such a good person i have ever met. He took care of all of our needs very minutely. It was such a great experience.

The hotel is very neat and clean with very professional staff. Though if you are coming back from kaaba to hotel its a little didficult to walk as the hotel is located at the highted place. However the comfortable rooms make you feel happy

Very good hotel. Very clean. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to ha-ram gate 76. But the hotel is on a hill which makes it harder to walk up. There’s a club car working to drop you down. Very good ha-ram view from hotel.

Average room services. I called many times, and then he came after 3 to 4 hours. Remaining things is okay.

Everything in the hotel was exceptional. The only thing that you have to take into consideration that the hotel is on a hill which will not be suitable for old people or people with joint illnesses. But i really enjoyed my stay. Room is clean, staff is friendly, food is delicious and 10 mins far from king fahd gate in al masjid al Al Haram.

One of the best options to stay near ha-ram shareef in makkah. Breakfast was awesome and ambience is very good.

Overall experience not very happy. Asbi was travel-ling with my parents aged 86 yrs it was difficult for me to take them to breakfast hall. I requested them to let me take the food to the room but they did not allow me. I had to bring them to the hall on wheel chairs. Secondly my flight was early morning i had to checkout at 6. 15. And the breakfast starts only at 6. 30 i requested to let me in early as i hv to leave early with my parents but they did not do so and when they opened i just grabbed few finger food for my parents to hv on the way to airport they stopped me and created scene, i was really disappointed, they are not even considerate to elderly too how hard hearted. I m verr disappointed with the management. Thirdly the room which we stayed had only 1 washroom and we were 5 with 2 elderlies it was difficult to manage i mailed mmt to sort out but again to my disappointment no response. Kindly check your mail. Over all experience with both the parties miserable. 2

Near alharam around 5 min walking with direct path/subway, no major steer crossing the hotel was is recommended for family, the breakfast was good, more than - station serving food such as egg, parata & pancakes, there are room with alharam full/partial view

Comfortable and very convenient location to Haram. Worth the money paid. Breakfast spread was great; staff was very friendly and accommodating.
