My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Makkah was truly commendable from check-in until the very end. The Courtyard by Marriott Makkah is brand new, and everything—from the design to the service—reflects top-notch quality and comfort. The overall vibe is calm, elegant, and welcoming, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Makkah. The staff deserves special appreciation for their warmth and attentiveness. They are always ready to assist and ensure guests have everything they need. The amenities are exceptional, providing a blend of luxury and convenience. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts is the shuttle service to and from the Haram—it’s efficient, frequent, and always on time. Even if you call the reception for assistance, they respond immediately with great professionalism. Overall, the experience was royal, relaxing, and completely stress-free. The amount you pay is absolutely worth the level of comfort and hospitality you receive. I genuinely loved the pleasant ambiance and the positive energy throughout the Courtyard by Marriott Makkah. It’s definitely a place I would stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Makkah.

The facility has excellent shuttle service to Masjid Al-Haram, very frequent and nice bus by the Courtyard by Marriott Makkah themselves. The staffs at reception were very helpful and accommodative. Even though the room (I took a triple bed) was small, it was very clean and very well maintained and beautiful view facing a rocky hill. Overall I am very satisfied by the Courtyard by Marriott Makkah, its location, shuttle service and Courtyard by Marriott Makkah staffs.

Stay was good room was also good room service was bit slow and delay .overall experience was good but one way we have have to pay taxi from Courtyard by Marriott Makkah to haram and from harm to Courtyard by Marriott Makkah bus shuttle was free . Overall 7.0out of 10
