Excellent location,everything was great, it made our umrah journey very convenient.Breakfast was very tasty but the problem is, the same menu every single day!.i would definitely recommend this place sply for umrah.

It was overall good, as everytime when we stayed in Movenpick. Just this time water was out & unavailable for almost half to full day, which is unacceptable in such a Hotel where people stay mainly for their Pilgrimage

the property was execellent starting from check-in where the customer support executive walk to me and guided to comfortable seat and help in check-in process. i was then guided to elevators by multiple hotel support agents, they even extended the fitness center timing to accomdate my request. room, amenities, cleanliness were excellent. restaurant and food was great

Hotel move and pick ambience is very good. Cleanliness is perfect and it is superb in everyway to stay in this hotel near haram sharif

Rooms were nice. Food was good. Location was excellent. But wifi didn't work in my room. Ac was not cooling at all. And staff were not helpful nor knowledgeable. Better choose another hotel as there are plenty more

Worst hotel just big name not even fit for 1* and food is pretty standard even if you chose normal hotel you can get better choice of food and also they prepare same menu every day. Also ameneties are very old junk & broken and rooms are very small you can't move around. Also hotel duty manager mr. Mishall is worst he can't solve the problem

Location is fantastic but all other things are average, it is very near from ha-ram and staff is welcoming

Excellent hotel, very convenient for performing umrah and salah in haram, very polite staff, breakfast was excellent, mr nasim and firdaus was very helpful during serving breakfast, rooms are spacious and clean, overall 5 star rating.

Stay was very nice, house keeping staffs are very obedient. When we reach the property check in counter staffs are not experienced. So, we wait half an hour time in reception
