Al Shohada by Palm Rich Makkah

It is a great hotel as per comfort and distance from haram. Its just 450 mts from haram. Staff members are pleasant.

Hotel was relatively clean, but the service was terrible. The receptionist was not very welcoming, the room service was very very slow, and the room itself was not well furnished for a 5 star hotel. The breakfast area is also very dull and very small and crowded. Food isn’t good either and it’s very hard to find places in the restaurant. The hotel itself is very old and is not upgraded and i think that it should be ranked as 3 stars.

Very comfortable and worth the money staying in al shohada hotel. Very clean and nest. Ambiance is very quite and peaceful. We enjoyed staying in al shohada. We are planning for an another trip to umrah and staying in al shohada

I was very much delighted to visit mecca and it was a wonderful experience staying at al shohada hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful and the rooms were very cleaned and big.

We bought breakfast as it was not included in the plan but it was not worth for the money we spent. Very limited choices/dishes.

One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Haraam in this budget, and one can never regret choosing this property, the only problem I faced was at the time of check in, because Of arrogant Egyptian reservation Manager, otherwise All good, will recommend this and will be here again while visiting Makkah ... IN SHA ALLAH
