My Room # 655 Pullman zamzam Location is far from haram paying this much amount you can find better hotels Hotel is not same as before I stayed it was good service now very very poor I Arrived 24-10-2025 there was no shower gel no face towels no hand towels no lotion I went to reception Manager or someone came immediately to see after inspection he was apologising Then nothing happened After my review got a call for complimentary breakfast I agreed that was more more worst experience place chef cooked eggs you can see in picture not all hygiene it’s Greasy not worth it to pay 87 Riyals menu was very short items in breakfast I think leftover of evening they were serving in breakfast like rice lamb no tissues on table less waiters Dear management improve the services or you may not get customers in off season specially in season I know there is no availability Dear brothers & sisters Rest is your choice to book & pay for nothing

The reception team was fast and helpful, housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast had a variety of intercontinental dishes..

Best location and room is too good near to haram. You have shopping and food court in first three floors.

It was excellent stay. With walking distance to *****. Inf-act it was as if u r in ha-ram itself.

Makkah hotel: the stay was comfortable, hotel room was clean and the atmosphere was lively. The best part of this hotel is its proximity.

Good location. Alhamthullillah. Very close to haram. Convenient location. In shaa allah prefer to book in future too.

Good location, easy access to the grand masjid especially the lifts are efficient and it helps during the prayer time as i had bad experience with many hotels in mecca waiting long time for lifts

الغرف نظيفه و الطعام في البوفيه لذيذ. مرافق الفندق متعدده وقرب الفندق من الحرم و الرسبشن خدومين ومتعاونيين جدا

Would definitely recommend makkah hotel for its amazing location which opens into a few minutes walk to the haram. And not to forget mentioning the amazing staff mr rayan ghamdi and ahmed. For their hospitality. It’s definitely my go to hotel again.
