I recently stayed at this Swissotel Makkah in room 926, and i had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly abdullah. He is incredibly hard-working, ensuring that everything was spotless and perfectly arranged each day. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

Direct lift to rooms unlike other Swissotel Makkahs in same complex. Amazing services except the restaurant never answered the phone when i wanted to place an order. I called the reception as well but no help from them. All else was superb

It was really a very pleasant stay. Location is wonderful, Swissotel Makkah was really clean and tidy. The best part was the view from our room. The only thing which they should improve is the breakfast menu for kids.
