I faced couple of issues: 1) at reception i waited 2 hrs to get a room, first staff told me room still not available, however when i speak with manager he assigned me room immediately which i found strange. 2) noisy: we can hear all the loud noises from other room as they assign me one from twin rooms 3) i corridors, all the time is smoking smell 4) i paid for haram view. There is a view but it is not that clear view which you see in pictures

Direct lift to rooms unlike other hotels in same complex. Amazing services except the restaurant never answered the phone when i wanted to place an order. I called the reception as well but no help from them. All else was superb

I recently stayed at this hotel in room 926, and i had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly abdullah. He is incredibly hard-working, ensuring that everything was spotless and perfectly arranged each day. His attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

The kaaba view glass was very very dirty, room service were very annoying, and when i asked for a driver it took them more than 30 minutes to get me one and i missed my train because of them.

Our stay at swissotel makkah was very comfortable and relaxing as it’s a very luxurious property very close to ha-ram sharif, makkah. Breakfast was also very good.

I have been staying at swissotel a couple times past some years as i like the location and rooms. However if a guest is coming a little early, they should have some consideration for loyal members if they are mentioning and give an early check in or at-least complimentary breakfast to accommodate the long wait as they say they are full. Also the breakfast is disappointing for a 5 star, no variety in egg, less selection of food and no fresh juices. It used to be better and hope they can work on customer service.
