Wonderful location to view the Holy Kabah from the room itself. Very mind-blowing one. And the Breakfast is really good one.

Telephone service for reception is too difficult , also housekeeping service like cups , plates etc is very slow and late , rest all other facilities are good

New property, good location, well staffed

The location is amazing, and the kaaba view was awesome. The food variety was excellent, and the facilities were also nice. However, there was a long delay in getting the language to the room. The rest of the experience was brilliant.

Best choice from first flight, good experience booking and all. Especially payment and offer, hope the offer will get from india too.

Food was food and diversified, the hotel location was also easy to access, reciptionists and workers are all very friendly

My stay at Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah was good and wonderful. Special thanks to Miss. ENAS, she was at the check in desk with great hospitality and quick service. I stayed in room 4129 on 21- May - 2024.

Food was good, location is perfect very close to haram, facilities are quite good and people are nice and cooperative. Just one thing i didn't like is that they use coffee and water and other products.

I would highly recommend swiss maqqaam for the stay in makkah. Hotel is at zero distance to the Haram. The best part of the hotel is that it has two exits, one opens at clock tower and the second exit is also close to the ha-rams exit which is very convenient during the rush or salah times. 10/10 for the hotel hospitality.

It was excellent stay, everything was great ! distance to ha-ram is very very near. Plus point is the lift (level p4) directly lands you to abraj supermarket and you can go to food court (level p3) from abraj hypermarket itself via its escalator. Once you done with food/shopping, you can return via abraj itself ( no need to go in clock tower hectic lifts and waste time. Not ever one knows about above secret )

Excellent location, sumptuous buffet breakfast, friendly staff, decent room size, kaaba view was breathtaking. Overall a great experience.
