Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana

Checked in and was greeted by a surprise on the bathroom floor—a towel with a little hair accessory. Lovely touch, right? As for the WiFi, it was as elusive as the engineer who was ‘on their way’ every time I called (which was about 4 or 5 times, but who’s counting?). If you’re paying a decent amount for your stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Sure, they’re close to Masjid al-Haram, but that doesn’t mean they should keep their guests in the dirt after getting their money. Save yourself the hassle and choose a place that actually cares about cleanliness and service. And the security near drop area may try to cheat u by helping you with taxi of high cost. Dont fall for it

House keeping all time good specially staff sharif was good. One of the best hotel in click tower. Baby play area also available

I stayed with my elderly parents in November. The staff named Sami at the reception was very helpful and nice. We also got an upgrade to the partial kaaba view room by sami, he was really kind and considerate for my old parents. The rooms were very neat and well clean, just the bathroom size is little small and no distance between shower and toilet area. Rest everything was just perfect. The location is amazing for anyone to enter the haram hardly 2 minutes walk from the hotel mall. The breakfast was also a wide spread and the manager from kolkata (India) was very courteous to offer us Indian tea and breakfast of your choice. I would recommend this hotel to all for the location, service and star ratings. I shall definitely stay here for my future visit.
The bathrooms are very small and shower area is very close to the toilet. Everything else was just extremely good.

Very near to Masjid Al-Haram, walkable distance of less than 5 min to king abdu aziz gate.

Awesome and excellent experience we had .. It was wonderful to stay in hotel AL Marwah Rayhaan by rotana ... We will come again because the hotel is very near to haram only 500 meters away so we would love to stay here again.
