الفندق كان جيد موظف الاستقبال رحب فينا بابتسامة وروح طيبة وكان يحطون في الاستقبال يوميا ضيافة (تمر وقهوة وعصير وغيره) وحتى الفطور كان جيد جدا العمال متعاونين الأكل يتملى كل ما ينقص اشوي المشكلة كانت في نظافة الغرفة كانت مليانة غبار حتى لاقينا زبالة على بعض النوافذ والكراسي والموقع متعب الفندق على قمة جبل الكعبة فكل ما تروح الحرم لازم تتسلق طلعة متعبة وضيقة وبعد التكاسي تضيع لين ما توصل الفندق
